2-family house "Beate". In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 70 m. Supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Wildmoos" 160 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.6 km, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Cable car 1.1 km, ski lift 1.1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Note the ski bus timetable: from Christmas to approx. Easter 4 trips daily to the mountain gondola and back.
"Beate", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. The landlady lives on the completely separate ground floor.

Good place, in-between 2 resorts, bus stop is nearby, unfortunately, it's till 6 pm, so all in all it is good to have a car to avoid uphill walk after skiing and pub crawl.

Love Sölden

Lovely apartment. A little bit far from the ski lifts but free bus service only 50m from the house. Very clean, nice size rooms.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr ruhig. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen der Skischuhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fijne accommodatie, niet modern maar netjes en schoon. De kookplaat in de keuken bestaat uit slechts twee pitten, dit is iets lastiger. Reistips: Geweldige plaats zowel zomers als in de winter.

Prima woning. Op loopafstand van bus en 15 minuten lopen naar lift. Supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen. Jammer dat er geen makkelijke stoelen in de woonkeuken staan. Deze hebben we vanuit de slaapkamers naar de keuken gesleept.Halverwege de week schone handdoeken. Reistips: Prachtig, ook Obergurl is een grote aanrader
