In the district of Innerwald 2.5 km from the centre of Sölden, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 350 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Innerwald" 450 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.4 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkogl 1.5 km, Giiggijoch 2.8 km, Hochgurgl 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 32 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Note: Only one parking space is available per apartment. Schöne Unterkunft in Sölden
Die Unterkunft ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut. Es gibt einen Balkon. Für zwei Personen ist sie sehr gut geeignet. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kochfeld, Backofen und Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, wenn man etwas abseits vom Trubel der Hauptstraße in Sölden wohnen möchte. Wenn man hinunter in den Hauptort möchte, kann man einen Aufzug nehmen. So kommt man zum Bus und zu den Gondeln und braucht das Auto kaum. Man hat tolle Ausblicke.

Skvělá poloha
Apartman je umístěn na skvělém místě. Při dostatečném množství sněhu z domu odjedete na lyžích a zade se vrátíte. Takže poloha super.

Mooi en schoon appartement
Het appartement was mooi, licht en schoon, tot onze verrassing hadden we ook nog een balkon. De eigenaren waren erg aardig. De ligging innerwald is een stukje van het centrum maar dat is te overbruggen met de schuttle dan hoef je maar een kleine km te lopen tot het centrum. Wat ik miste was een lakenwissel omdat we er 2 weken waren en een start/basis schoonmaak pakketje. De vaatwasser is zo klein dat de glazen en de borden te hoog zijn voor de vaatwasser, dus neem een afwasborstel mee.

Zimmer sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, kostenloser Brötchen Service, Lage sehr ruhig, schöne Aussicht über 100 m hoch über dem Tal, am Abend aber steiler Aufstieg zum Quartier.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln
Die Lage der Unterkunft war toll, man konnte durch den Shuttle Sölden gut erreichen, hatte trotzdem seine Ruhe.

Benissimo!
Siamo stati benissimo! L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e comodo. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Dalle finestre e dal balcone si vede un bel panorama. Molto tranquillo, non c'è rumore delle auto. Ci tornerei volentieri.
