In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Mayrhofen" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17.5 km, mountain railway 800 m, ski lift 800 m, ski bus stop 300 m. If the snow conditions are suitable, it is possible to ski from approx. 150 m from the house to the valley station.
"Tamerl", 2-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, renovated in 2014, tasteful furnishings: 1 open room with 1 double bed, 1 folding bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Small kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Oil heating. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
