In the district of Neu Burgstall 2.7 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.5 km from the centre of Schwendau, 2 km from the centre of Hippach, on a slope, 750 m from the river. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Mayrhofen" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17.5 km, mountain railway 800 m, ski lift 800 m, ski bus stop 300 m. If the snow conditions are suitable, it is possible to ski from approx. 150 m from the house to the valley station.

Great location, nice space

Easy access to hiking, Cable cars, food. Everything you need for a few days. We wish there was a ceiling fan to cool things in the evening but otherwise loved it.

Het verblijf was goed/ modern en netjes werden gastvrij ontvangen door de verhuurder👍 alle afspraken stonden vastgelegd op papier, Appartement lag tegen een berg aan zo dat je mooie uitzicht had op dal en de bergen tegenover😎, veel gezien eigenlijk te kort voor herhaling zeker de moeite waard wellicht volgend jaar., Namens fam.vd Poll Vr.groet 👋

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. L'environnement est très calme. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Il était très propre. Le seul bémol pour nous aurait été d'avoir des rideaux occultant aux fenêtres pour limiter la luminosité le matin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Il manquait qqs équipement dans la cuisine (passoire pour du riz ou des lentilles), couverts et assiettes en nb insuffisant.

Aanrader! Prachtig appartement voor twee

Mooi, fris en zeer goed onderhouden appartement. Rustig gelegen. Wij zaten in het onderste appartement. Goede (stevige) bedden, goede internetverbinding en leuk zitje in de (slaap) kamer. Er is geen balkon maar naast de deur staat een bistro setje. Als je op zoek bent naar een mooi onderkomen dicht bij Mayrhofen dan is dit een zeer goede keus. Als er sneeuw ligt heb je wel sneeuwkettingen nodig om bij het appartement te komen, het ligt achter in het dorpje tegen de berg aangebouwd.

Für 2 Personen optimal

Für 2 Personen und 7 Nächte eine sehr moderne und schöne Ferienwohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, allerdings gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Mayrhofen, zu Fuß ist es eine halbe Stunde durch die schöne Landschaft. Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, sehr übersichtlich und sauber

Gute Lage, Autofahren und Einparken sollte man können. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind in sehr gutem Zustand, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Urlaub war sehr gut.
