In the district of Ramsberg 5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the centre of Ramsau, 7 km from the centre of Zell im Zillertal, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Ramsberg Bergheim" 110 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, mountain railway 6 km, ski lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

Alles super. - Super sauber - Super freundlich - Super Ausblick - Super Lage - Super Ausstattung Kinderfreundlich (Kinderfahrzeuge u. Spielzeug vorhanden.) Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Mülltrennung super organisiert.

Ein Traum

Wer davon träumt, morgens mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge aufzuwachen... Dann hier. Traumhafte Gegend oberhalb von Ramsau. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir können Haus Anton ganz klar empfehlen!

Wieder sehr schön

Waren jetzt schon zum zweiten mal dort.Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes Ramsau,weshalb alle Erledigungen mit dem PKW gemacht werden müssen. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber.Da die Vermieterin selber über drei Kinder verfügt,ist sie Familien gegenüber sehr verständnisvoll und unkompliziert;-). Sehr schön ist es abends gemütlich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und auf das Tal zu blicken. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung und haben bereits für das kommende Jahr wieder gebucht!

Waren schon 4 mal hier und neuerlich gebucht. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einer Top Aussicht. Frische Brötchen zum Frühstück ist etwas erschwert aber durch die restlichen Dinge mehr als augeglichen. Also rundum zufrieden. .

Zeer comfortabel appartement

Het appartement was nog beter dan op de foto's was te zien. Het is zeer schoon, compleet, uitstekende badkamers en heerlijke bedden en beddengoed. Het uitzicht is adembenemend, zowel overdag als 's nachts. De gastvrouw was fantastisch! Heel goed bereikbaar en zeer klantvriendelijk . Een rustige plek midden op een berg. Echt een aanrader!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung, neuwertig, tip top sauber, schöner Ausblick ins Tal, im Winter ggf. nur mit Schneeketten erreichbar (angesichts der Hanglage völlig normal), Haarföhn sollte mitgenommen werden. Vermieter sehr freundlich, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Gerne wieder genommen.

Top Ferienort

Einfach ein Top Ferienort! Die Lage ist absolute Spitzenklasse. Die Ferienwohnungen sind super ausgestattet. Die tolle Aussicht Richtung Mayrhofen oder z.B. auf den Tristner kann man kaum in Worten fassen( Auch bei abendlichen Gewittern ein tolles Naturschauspiel ). Wir waren jetzt zum 4 mal da und wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebe und nette Menschen. Wenn mal ein Problem ist versucht die Gastgeberin sofort alles um dies zu beseitigen. M. Du bist die beste!

Wir hatten das Glück, unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch! Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach atemberaubend. Sie liegt ca. 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit von der Hauptstraße entfernt, sodass sowohl die Versorgung mit Dingen für den alltäglichen Bedarf als auch mit Skiverleih einfach sichergestellt wurde. Die Ferienwohnung war modern ausgestattet, sauber und hatte alles, was man benötigt

Schöne, neue Wohnung, toller Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von Ramsau mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Skigebiet am Penken und das Zillertal. Die Lage kann man als sehr ruhig beschreiben und mit dem Auto in 5min zu erreichen. Die Skibusverbindung ist nur ca. 100m entfernt, jedoch beschränkt sich das Angebot auf jeweils 3 Verbindungen am Vor-/Nachmittag. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, besitzt zwei große, neue Bäder und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
