House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.

    Brilliant spot & Excellent hosts

    It was a very pleasant experience to stay at the Luxner's. The room was very clean and had all the necessary dishes and pots for a complete cooking experience. View is amazing and proximity to the Middle Station is a big plus. The hosts are great and very friendly and responsive to customer needs. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
