Very cosy cottage "Gîte Triskell". 3 km from the centre of Ploumilliau, 6 km from the centre of St. Michel-en-Grève, 6 km from the centre of Lannion, 6 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, pond, swimming pool heated, secured (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Badminton, volleyball court. Private: small, well-kept garden 150 m2 with lawn and trees. In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Partly with sloping ceilings, practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist prima. Besonderes der schöne Garten und der Pool trugen zur Erholung bei. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Küste. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft unbedingt weiter und bedanken uns noch einmal bei dem Vermieter

Schönes Häuschen, tolle Landschaft!

Gemietet hatten wir eines von 3 kleinen Häuschen (wobei eines vom Vermieter bewohnt wird), in einem absolut idyllischen, kleinen Naturgebiet, mut einwm malerischen "Feen"-See im Wäldchen direkt gegenüber, einem schönen Garten hinter dem Haus und einem Pool unter einer verschließbaren Glaskuppel. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht, naar is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, veel servies, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Super fijne ligbedden en tuinstoelen. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad en privé tuin. Relaxte en charmante eigenaar M. Enige minpunt is de WiFi ontvangst die is in de woning heel matig door de dikke muren.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil in der Natur

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, selbst Salz, Pfeffer und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Die Schlafbereiche sind frisch renoviert. Der Außenbereich ist wunderbar zum Sitzen. Sonnenschirm, Auflagen und Liegen sind vorhanden. Da es sich um eine Sackgasse handelt, ist es wunderbar ruhig. Wer Angeln möchte hat einen Privatweiher direkt dabei. Das Schwimmbad war überdacht und dadurch über 30 Grad warm, das war sehr angenehm. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt sehr genossen und würden auch gerne wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Einfach nur entspannend!

Dieses perfekt ausgestattete Haus mit W-LAN, tollem Pool und allem, was man so braucht ist für Familien ideal. Die Räume sind groß genug für 5 Personen, es ist alles blitzeblank und wenn man Kummer hat, können die Vermieter schnell helfen. Es ist auch ein idealer Standort für Ausflüge zur Küste. Kleiner Tipp, lassen Sie sich vom Vermieter mal die Kaninchenzucht zeigen. Kurz gesagt, es ist für alles gesorgt und man kann einfach Urlaub machen.
