Séjour a Paimpol
Maison agréable et bien aménagée, proche de Paimpol. Mais pas de jardin attenant, et pas de place de parking devant la location. L'espace prévu à cet effet se trouve à 300 mètres dans un champ. Cela peut-être gênant l'été ! Autre point négatif : le canapé qui est très inconfortable !

Petite maison de charme et de caractère
Petite maison mais agréable, confortable et jolie décoration. On y trouve l'essentiel même s'il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de rangements dans les chambres. Endroit très calme mais tout de même assez près des commerces, ZAC et centre ville Paimpol. Seul défaut, l'absence de jardin attenant, certes un espace avec très belle vue sur la mer mais à 30/50m de l'autre côté de la route : peut-être pourrait-on mieux en profiter avec un vrai mobilier de jardin (transat, tables et chaises pour 6) ?

Originelle aber alte Einrichtung
Leider war es nicht möglich die Vermieterin vor dem Aufenthalt zu kontaktieren. Sie hat sich dann nach nach einiger Zeit gemeldet und erklärte, dass aus technischen Grunden sie meine Email nicht bekommen hatte. Das Haus mit der Nummer 32 liegt gegenüber das zu vermietenden Haus. Ins Gesamt ist das Haus viel dunkler und kleiner als die gezeigte Abbildungen.Die Geräte in der Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen und einiges fehlt z.B. Deckel für die Töpfe.

Annonce non conforme à la réalité des lieux
Par rapport à la description de l'annonce : "A usage privé: meubles de jardin, place de parking près de la maison à 50 m." il n'est pas fait mention d'un espace vert qui n'est pas attenant à la maison mais situé à 100m de l'habitation.
Espace vert sans ombre et très mal équipé, pour une maison de 5 personnes il y avait 2 chaises et une minuscule table.
Sinon la maison est située dans une impasse et la porte principale est en face des poubelles des voisins : odeurs continuelles et très désagréable. Il est impossible de prendre l'air devant la maison.

Selon l’annonce, l’espace vert se trouve 70m de la location. La propriétaire a fourni d’autres meubles de jardin. Les poubelles du voisin ne se trouvent pas directement en face de l’entrée et sont cachées derrière un habillage bois.
