Private: terraced garden, 5'000 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow. (slide, swing). 1.5 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Viareggio" 19 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 17 km. Urlaub in den Bergen

Die Unterkunft ist nur für geübte Autofahrer mit Kleinwagen gut erreichbar. Schon ein Mittelklassewagen dürfte nur mit großen Anstrengungen und Risiken die Zufahrt passieren können. Es ist sehr abgelegen und man muss jeden Tag das Auto verwenden, um touristische Ziele der Umgebung zu erreichen. Für Wanderfreunde ist es ideal. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Herrliche Stille und tolle Blicke

Das Haus ist grundsolide eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Kochutensilien könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen, aber es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Der Weg ist tatsächlich eine Herausforderung, und je wendiger das Auto, um so besser. Aber wir sind auch nicht jeden Tag runtergefahren, denn man z.B. direkt ab dem Haus loswandern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Blicke auf Meer und Berge wie auch die Stille sind wunderbar! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verlebt!

Prachtige stille plek, inboedel matig

Een prachtige plek, met heel veel rust. Bedden waren van zeer slechte kwaliteit (echt met kuilen), vervangen zou verstandig zijn. Huis en keuken waren stoffig en vol webben, alsof er al 6 maanden niemand geweest was. Pannen slecht, 2 koekenpannen, waarvan 1 niet eens op fornuis bleef staan. Contact wat vriendelijk, maar uitsluitend in Italiaans. Via app is dat prima, fysiek erg lastig. Probleempje met afvoer werd direct opgelost. 20 min van bewoonde wereld. Wel mooi gelegen. Wifi is top!

Wundervoll

Charmantes großzügiges Haus mit allem was man braucht, sehr ruhige isolierte Lage. Die Anfahrt ist sehr eng und kurvig. Der Schlüssel muss in Camaiore geholt werden, die Vermieterin fährt dann voraus. Ohne diesen Service wäre das Haus nicht zu finden. Trotz der einsamen Lage gibt es Strom, Internet und Warmwasser.

Natur pur

Wer absolute Ruhe inmitten der Natur mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge sucht ist hier genau richtig. Achtung: Die Auffahrt ist nur für sehr sichere Autofahrer geeignet, da der Weg zum Haus sehr schmal, sehr sehr steil und schotterig wird. Das Haus ist rustikal, aber mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und für Hundehalter sehr schön.

Ongepast voor verhuur aan toeristen

De vakantiewoning was over het algemeen netjes en verzorgd. Maar bbq was niet bruikbaar Geen hout voorzien voor koude avonden Wasmachine aan vervanging toe De woning is zeer slecht te bereiken en gevaarlijk om s avonds op het gravelpad te rijden (ook vlg verhuurder) Dus kan je na zonsondergang nergens meer naartoe, wat ik op vakantie zeer jammer vindt. Je kan dan ook nooit een avondje op restaurant
