Pas d'eau chaude pendant une journée .Bornes de recharge végicule souvent en panne.Dommage que le frigo n'est pas un compartiment fraiseur pour les glaçons de l'apéro.Il est précisé sur le site de réservation de Abritel qu'il y a une piscine et un jacuzzi, hors quand on est sur place on vous dit que le jacuzzi est payant et sur réservation.C'est donc de la publicité mensongère.A part tout cela, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant.

Pas de piscine!

l'annonce indique une piscine mais en arrivant on nous annonce que celle ci est hors service et déjà depuis un bon moment. elle ne sera pas remise en service jusqu'à nouvel ordre: conflit entre propriétaire! on nous donne en compensation des entrées pour la piscine de Cabourg mais les horaires sont limités et elle est petite + parking compliqué et payant.

Domaine agréable et au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un appartement deux pièces, celui-ci était spacieux et lumineux et agréablement orienté sur le jardin et la grande piscine. Bon accueil général et réactivité. La possibilité de commander la veille des viennoiseries et du pain est une bonne idée. Seul bémol, le mobilier des appartements est assez rudimentaire et le coin cuisine étroit. Notre lit était un peu ferme mais cela ne serait pas le cas dans tous les appartements. Notre appartement était très propre.

séjour hors saison

Nous sommes partis hors saison pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des lieux à visiter : Mont saint michel, plages du débarquement, falaises d'Etretat. nous étions donc à la résidence uniquement pour dormir et petit déjeuner. les logements sont bien équipés, résidence propre, personnel agréable. Convenait parfaitement pour ce type de séjour. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnel mais ce n'était de toute façon pas ce que nous recherchions, donc très bien, très bon séjour,

Wifi is erg goed maar: de kamervloer was niet zo schoon, de elektrische kookplaat werkte niet, de kitranden van de douche waren erg zwart, op de bedbank kon je niet lang zitten, het bed had een kuil. Het was herfst, door de ligging kwam er geen zonnestraal in het appartement. De verwarming kon nog niet aan waardoor het in het appartement vochtig en koud werd. Voor een korte tijd wellicht OK; voor onze twee weken niet geschikt.

Nos comentan que tenemos que hacernos cargo de la limpieza al final de la estancia o abonar un suplemento de 70€. Les, decimos que ya lo haremos nosotros. Al llegar nos encontramos con los cristales sucios y la taza del WC con una costra de color marrón. O sea que creo que nos lo entregaron tal y cómo lo dejaron los anteriores clientes, sin hacer siquiera un repaso.

A notre arrivée, le ménage n’avait été fait qu’à moitié, l’appartement n’avait pas été aéré et ça sentait le renfermé. Nous avons nettoyé la douche et des amas de moisissures se sont décollés des parois… L’avantage de cette location c’est qu’il y avait une piscine mais les dalles qui l’entouraient avaient des traces de moisissures et se décollaient : très dangereux surtout pour les enfants ! C’est très dommage parce qu’en soit le cadre est joli !

Freundliches Personal, schöne Ferienanlage. Der Pool war super warm. Die Lage der Ferienanlage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist super. Nur das Mobiliar der Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft war aber sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Leider ziemlich schmutziges Geschirr vorgefunden, Rest der Wohnung war auch nicht im saubersten Zustand, könnte besser sein. Da dort aber nicht die meiste Zeit verbracht wurde, war das nebensächlich. Umland hat viel Charme und wenn man hauptsächlich unterwegs ist, ist die Unterkunft super. Pool war klasse, gerade für Kinder.

Abgezählte Teile. Schwimmbad, gut, sauber und Wassertemperatur OK. Die Anlage liegt in einem Feriengebiet, Ort ca 500 M zum nächsten Geschäft . Strand fußläufig zu weit, Auto/Fahrrad. Das App war bei Übernahme sauber. Die Endreinigung wird kontrolliert. Anlage ist gut zur Ü und für Ausflüge geeignet.
