Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, terrace, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 25 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 18 km, lake Saint Cassien 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix, Lac de Saint Cassien. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Belle maison spacieuse avec terrasse et piscine très appréciable.
Au calme et tres bien située
Ideale pour se reposer mais egalement pour vsisiter
Par contre L'absence de climatisation s'est fait ressentir (été très chaud)

Schönes Ferienhaus in geschlossener Anlage
Sehr schönes Haus mit geschmackvoller, zeitgemäßer Einrichtung. Alles sehr sauber und ziemlich neuwertig. Sauberer Pool. Ruhige Umgebung. Sympathischer und unkomplizierter Schlüsselhalter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wij hebben genoten van het mooie huis, de complete inrichting, ook voor wat betreft de keuken, en het fijne zwembad. Prima plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Mooie omgeving!

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa propre et très bien équipée. L'endroit est calme et la vue magnifique. L'accueil est super. Seul petit bémol: le manque de climatisation. Nous recommandons vivement.

In en rond het huis was alles ...
In en rond het huis was alles aanwezig om ons een ontspannende vakantie te bieden. We hebben er 2 weken verbleven en kunnen enkel zeggen, een echte aanrader!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten ...
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine Poolheizung wäre von Vorteil. Schade war, dass der Garten sehr ungepflegt gewesen ist, die Sträucher ranken teilweise bis an den Pool. Noch ein persönlicherRat: Achten Sie genau auf die beiden Zählerstände für den Tag und Nachtstrom bei Ihrer Ankunft und sehen Sie bei der Endabrechnung genau hin, was da drauf steht. Es lohnt sich!!! Wir werden das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Das Haus ist komplett ausgesta...
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts, was man so täglich braucht. Das Haus ist bei Ankunft sauber. Es gibt nichts nachzubessern. Der Kontakt mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Herrn B., funktioniert vorbildlich und ist besonders zu erwähnen.Toller Pool, Terrassenausstattung klasse, Außendusche solarbetrieben...Die Zufahrt zur Anlage war schon letztes Jahr asphaltiert. Die Zufahrt erfolgt im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung des Objekts nicht (mehr) über einen Feldweg. Reisetipps: Grasse, Saint–Paul–de–Vence, Verdonschluchten, Èze, Nizza, mit dem Boot von Sainte–Maxime nach Saint–Tropez.
