Typical Provencal Bastidon of a hundred square meters (plus outbuilding) located at the end of a path lined with cork oaks, out of prying eyes and having 3,000m² of private land enclosed in lush vegetation composed of cork oaks , holm oaks, oleanders, thyme, and other Mediterranean species.
Facing south with private pool, Pool House, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, bathroom with large spa shower, separate wc, beautiful fitted kitchen, utility room, large tiled terrace in front of the house and under the pool house with barbecue, WiFi internet.

**** This house is ecological we have many solar panels on the roof which allows us to be self-consumed, we consume the electricity we produce (solar energy produced by the panels) for the house, the swimming pool, etc ...

Very pleasant area in absolute calm 5 minutes from the village, secure parking on the estate, village 2 km.

Magnifique maison pour passer des vacances en famille. Nous étions 2 couples et 3 enfants.Nous avons grandement apprécié le jardin et la piscine. La semaine c’est bien passé, tout est bien expliqué et propriétaire cool. Néanmoins il faut compter 35 minutes pour se rendre dans la ville la plus proche.

Mooi huis op een rustige locatie met zwembad

We hebben genoten van het huis, zwembad en volledig omheinde tuin. Echter de verhuurder verraste ons na de betaling met een borg van 2000,-euro. Ook bij aankomst werden we verrast met 4 A4tjes met daarop de complete inventaris van het huis en daar buiten. We hebben dit op goed vertrouwen moeten ondertekenen. Ook een nadeel waren de zeer agressieve honden van de buren die nogal angst aanjagend waren. Verder prima vakantie gehad en was de verhuurder wel heel vriendelijk.

Propriété entouré de forêts avec une très agréable et grande piscine. Le chant des cigales vous enchantera au quotidien. Propriétaire très avenant et à l écoute. Annonce sérieuse qui mérite le detour.

Une bonne semaine passée au sein de cette jolie maisonnette. Le terrain et la piscine sont très agréables. Toutefois une climatisation serait la bienvenue ainsi que davantage de plan de travail dans la cuisine.

Un séjour au calme,

La villa est située au calme, sans nuisance de voisinage ni vis à vis. Un confort idéal pour les vacances et le repos avec une grande piscine. L'espace barbecue, au pied de la piscine est suffisament grand pour faire les grillade et prendre les repas. L'équipement de la maison est fourni . Le propriétaire est toujours prêt à répondre a vos questions avec une grande sympathie. C'est la seconde fois que nous louons cette villa et nous avons la même impression: nous reviendrons La région est belle d'endroit à décourvrir, sentier, village perchés et lacs

Sejour au calme très agréable

Au milieu des arbres avec une belle piscine, au calme. Equipement complet, seule la climatisation manquerait (au regard du prix) mais les nuits sont rafraichissantes et il y a de l'ombre partout.
