The worst house in a great village

There were so many problems with this house it’s hard to know where to begin. The air conditioning barely worked, the refrigerator didn’t cool enough so food spoiled within a couple of days, the washer knocked so hard when used it dislodged, the backyard was never maintained and the grass was high and filled with bugs and mosquitos. The floors were so dirty our socks turned black. The above not withstanding we typically don’t have problems or complaints. Oh well Avoid this house at all costs.

Très bon hébergement, très bien situé. Accueil sympathique, rapide et assez efficace.L'hébergement est spacieux et lumineux , les équipements sont suffisants et fonctionnels.Rien de négatif dans cette locationAllez chercher votre pain et vos viennoiseries à la boulangerie du village, le moulin d Émile, c est vraiment excellent, même exceptionnel , tout est fait main et ça vaut le détour !! Pour tous ces points positifs, je recommanderais cette location sans hésitation.

Schönes Haus in einem Ort mit Charme

Das Haus gefällt uns sehr gut, es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße am Rand von La Cadiere, wo man zwei Bäcker, einige Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen hat. Der Ort hat Charme. Das Meer ist nur ca. 7 km entfernt. Außerdem kann man schöne Ausflüge zu hübschen Orten in der Nähe machen. Die Küchenausstattung des Hauses (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien) wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte mal erneuert werden.

Maison agreable

Maison jolie, propre et fonctionnelle, clim efficace, piscine petite mais suffisante, nombreux transats, literie confortable. Conciergerie très accueillante et réactive. Pelouse agréable et entretenue (attention arrosage automatique à 23h). Les moins : rien pour les enfants, ni chaise haute ni jouet, lit bébé payant. Piscine profonde partout et non sécurisée (contrairement à ce que l’agence de loc m’avait assuré au tél). À prendre en compte si vous venez en famille. Pas de réduc à la quinzaine.

Zeit zum relaxen

Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Da wir nur zu dritt waren hatten wir den Luxus von 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Trotz Oktober haben wir den Pool nutzen können. Wir haben eine fantastische Woche verbracht mit Ausflügen in die calanques und an verschiedene Strände.

Très jolie séjour

Nous avons passés une très belle semaine, jolie maison et belle piscine. Les enfants ont pu profiter et s éclater dans la piscine. Hôte à l arrivée et au départ très accueillant. Très jolie alentour et très bon séjour.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren schon ein paarmal da und sind immer wieder begeistert. Lage ist top. Zu Fuß in den Ort und in das angrenzende Wäldchen bis zur Steilkante-mit traumhaftem Ausblick- alles wunderbar. Die Geräteaustattung müßte mal auf Vordermann gebracht werden.

Urlaub

Sehr nettes Haus, ruhige Lage aber vom Ort entfernt. Konnten den Bäcker sehr schlecht erreichen, zu Fuss nicht und mit dem Auto auch schlecht, da es keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch weit weg. Innen war es sauber, aber die Terrasse schmutzig und Ameisenstrassen liefen die Wände hoch, der Rasen stand 30 cm hoch. Wurde erst am Ende unseren Aufenthalts gemäht, ungepflegt. Es gab auch sehr viele Mücken, die uns das Leben schwermachten, die brühteten im hohen Gras. Pool schön

Schönes Haus, gute Lage mit Ortsanbindung

Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Waldrand aber fußläufig nur einen Kilometer vom Ortszentrum entfernt und bietet, da komplett klimatisiert und ausgestattet mit drei Bädern und schönem Pool, auf einem grünen Grundstück beste Voraussetzungen für einen Urlaub mit der erweiterten Familie. Von außen (Fassade) ist sicherlich bald eine Renovierung nötig. Auch der Pool und die umgebende Fläche bröckeln etwas. Dennoch gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette superbe maison la semaine du 27.09.2021. La maison est idéalement située, au calme et à 10mn à pied du centre du village. Elle est très joliment meublée, la cuisine est très bien pourvue et la literie des trois chambres est d'excellente qualité. La maison était d'une propreté irréprochable et le jardinier est venu entretenir le jardin et la piscine deux jours après notre arrivée. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Elle est très joliment meublée, la cuisine est très bien pourvue et la literie des trois chambres est d'excellente qualité. La maison était d'une propreté irréprochable et le jardinier est venu entretenir le jardin et la piscine deux jours après notre arrivée. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Wir waren im September 2021 zum zweiten mal in diesem malerischen ruhigen Ort. Und wieder beim selben Vermieter und wieder in dieser Siedlung. Wir wurden nett empfangen und sehr gut betreut. Hatten wir einen Wunsch, so wurde uns unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank! Das Haus, die Einrichtung und der Garten / Pool waren sehr gepflegt und entsprachen der Beschreibung. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die Betten sind sehr gut, auch die Bäder sind in Ordnung. Allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass Handtücher vorhanden sind. Der Garten mit ausreichend Gartenliegen und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv und hoffen, auch mal wieder kommen zu können!

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Empfang

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub mit Kindern; netter Pool; schönes umzäuntes und im Wesentlichen uneinsehbares Grundstück, ruhige Lage, fußläufig zum Ort mit mehreren netten Restaurants; sehr freundlicher Empfang; ordentliche Ausstattung (mehr Tassen und kleine Löffel, ein Korkenzieher und eine Knoblauchpresse würden der Küche nicht schaden, aber der Urlaub gelang und auch ohne ;)

wir mieten die beiden Häuser i...

wir mieten die beiden Häuser in La Cadière bereits seit 10 Jahren, das allein sagt bereits alles.... da wir das Haus immer nur zu zweit nutzen, ist das natürlich Luxus pur. Perfekte Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Kleinere Mängel werden auch direkt durch einen Haustechniker behoben. Absolut stille Lage inmitten der Natur und fernab vom Massentourismus ! Reisetipps: Wochenmarkt in Sanary (tägl. Obst,Gemüse,Fisch und Mittwochs ganz groß mit Kleider,Schmuck,Taschen etc...). Strand in St.Cyr ca. 5–6 km.Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch ALLE Restaurants im Ort. Ohne Ausnahme wird dort täglich frische Ware verarbeitet, auch der Metzger, Bäcker und Obsthändler, alle ausnahmslos super... Immer wieder!
