The living room is equipped (for 4 max 5 people) with round pull-out dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed (only intended as an alternative sleeping possibility to the nursery, possibly for a 3 adult person), a small table and armchairs, a living room cabinet with a 32 " Flat screen TV, radio with CD player, Blu-ray DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. To the living room is a kitchenette with four-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker around all necessary crockery and cutlery parts. From the living room you reach the balcony (west side) with table and chairs. One bedroom is equipped with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have fly windows. From the hallway you enter the toilet and shower. Hair dryer is available. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer for a fee. Iron and ironing board are located in a small storage room in the corridor.   To the apartment belongs a good parking lot No. 13 in the yard. (Entrance via Hermannstr, the parking lot has no height restriction!) In the house are the practices of a dentist and a general practitioner. Dogs are not allowed.

Our Non smoking apartment No. 13 (incl. W-LAN) is located in the house Holstein in 18586 Sellin on the first floor, is 57 square meters and suitable for four people. The double sofa bed in the living room, allows an alternative sleeping possibility to the bunk bed in the children's room. The location is ideal, wonderfully quiet at the foot of the spa park "Friedensberg" located, at the end of a beautiful children's playground is located, but also centrally, because with a few steps you reach the Wilhelmstrasse - the main street Sellins with many restaurants and shops. In 400m you are at the famous pier, the beach, a diving-boat and ship mooring. In the surroundings of Sellins you will find numerous excursion destinations, which can also be reached with the "Rasenden Roland". There is also a leisure pool nearby - summer and winter available.
