Air Conditioning House with character located in Luberon

In the heart of Luberon (Provence), a nice place to have rest under the trees, meals on the stone table, sun bath around the swimming pool. It is located closed to the village of Menerbes, one of the best place of the region with historical houses, churches, and superb views. Very good wines from this part of France, specially the "rosé"
but at the same time close to the village for walking, shopping, visiting the very beautiful village, seeing the different Provençal views, going to the restaurant, eating an ice cream.
In the house WITH AIR CONDITIONING, there are two bedrooms with a king size bed (180 cm) or 2 separate beds and the other with a queen size bed (160 cm) or 2 separate beds, a bathroom with bathtub, Separate WC, living room, kitchen. Two independent bedrooms with WC and shower room have their own entrance; one is quite large with a king size bed or 2 beds and the other with a queen size bed.. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, two coffee machines, electric hob, and all the necessary equipment for cooking.The house is simple, practical, covered with stones on the outside, and tiled inside.
There is a lot of greenery and flowers, in front of the house, in front of the barbecue, on the terrace above the acacia trees, a row of rose bushes.
On the upper terrace, arriving by the path, we leave our cars so as not to see them, but we take them down to the level of the house to unload.
From this terrace, there is a stone staircase, along the private path to reach the level of the house.
Paths in the countryside leave from the house and it is possible to go hiking in the Luberon.
This property is very nice for 3 couples with 2 children or two couples with 5 children.
There is the possibility of providing a travel cot. There is equipment for a baby (high chair for example)
