Resort "Tossens". 1 km from the centre of Tossens, on the outskirts, 13 km from the centre of Burhave, 24 km from the centre of Nordenham, 700 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property with lawn, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, grass beach 700 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. The photograph shows a typical example. All facilities within the park can be used (some for a fee). All holiday properties are furnished differently depending on the owner and are well equipped.
3-room semi-detached house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Gas heating. Terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
