Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung gelebt Der erste Eindruck war kein so guter.... Leider hatte man vergessen richtig zu putzen im Bad und in der Küche war einiges verstaubt. Das war aber das einzig Negative. Der Ausblick auf das Meer wirkt entschleunigend, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und auch die Betten waren sehr gut...

Die Wohnung entsprach der Ausschreibung, die rote Bettcouch wurde durch eine Lederbettcouch ausgewechselt. Im Fall von Mängeln hat sich Frau Z. rasch und immer freundlich um Abhilfe gekümmert. Frau Z. gilt unser besonderer Dank!!

Alles in allem war die Ausstattung in Ordnung, wobei die Couch etwas durchgesessen ist. Was unbedingt kontrolliert u. aktualisiert werden muss, ist die TV Anlage. Nur ein paar wenige Programme funktionieren, Der Receiver ist nicht richtig eingestellt. Hier muss ein Techniker mal eine Stunde investieren, weil es sehr ärgerlich ist, wenn jeden Abend mitten im Film plötzlich nur noch Schnee zu sehen ist. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Für Hundehalter gute Adresse. Hunde Strand super. Ansonsten ist die Steckdose im Badezimmer für kleine Menschen nicht erreichbar in Klammern mindestens 1,80 m Größe. Türen und Schränke könnten mal wieder abgewaschen werden.

Äusserst zweckmässige Unterkunft. Wer sich nicht scheut in einem hochhausähnlichen Gebäude Ferien zu machen, der ist hier richtig. Es gibt genug Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand ist es ebenfalls nicht Weit. Reisetipps: Es gibt so viele Tipps. Schaut im Internet nach dann seid ihr gut vorbereitet. Schön an der Ostsee ist dass man bei schönem und bei schlechtem Wetter ganz viel unternehmen kann. Und wenn man besonders unternehmungslustig ist, dann kann man sogar auch mal einenAusflug an die Nordsee unternehmen.

Im großen und ganzen war ich z...

Im großen und ganzen war ich zufrieden und würde auch wieder hin fahren. Die Umgebung ist einfach toll und auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Die Menschen waren alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe liefen problemlos.Etwas Kritik gibt es aber durchaus.–Wie in dieser Wohnung 4 Personen Leben sollen ist mir ein Rätsel. Wenn man größer als 1,50m ist wird man zu 2. definitiv nicht auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa schlafen können. Abgesehen davon war es auch nicht sonderlich bequem. Die Matrazen im Bett waren sehr weich.– Die Duschamaturen haben Erneuerungsbedarf bzw. die Duschbrause. Der Boden im Bad war auch nicht sehr gut geputzt. – Für die Grundreinigung die vom Mieter durchgeführt werden soll, wäre es von Vorteil auch dementsprechend Putzmittel zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es waren weder Spüli noch Küchenreiniger vorhanden.

Ließ zu wünschen übrig

Die Sanitäranlage sind reparaturbedürftig, so das man sich stehts verbrannte wenn man nicht schnell reagierte. Die Dusche konnte man nicht gebrauchen, die Brause war locker und sie drehte sich stets.Das Haare waschen war eine Qual. Am Waschbecken war es genauso.Man drehte den Hahn und schon war er ab. Man weiß nicht wie die Urlauber vor uns sich gewaschen haben (? ). Wenn die Hygiene nicht in Ordnung ist und die Verwaltung auf taube Ohren stehen, so kann man den Urlaub nicht geniessen.
