Apartment block "Nordsee-Ferienhaus", 2 storeys. 500 m from the centre of Friedrichskoog, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Marne, 65 km from the centre of St.Peter Ording, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property, large garden with lawn. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: trampoline, central heating system. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, grass beach 16 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Alles gut hier!
Wir waren zu Dritt mit Hund in einem Appartement im ersten Stock untergebracht. Alles war sauber und was wirklich toll war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Eierkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, etc. Somit hatte man alles was man brauchte und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Der Garten ist auch schön und eine Tischtennisplatte lud auch noch zum Schwitzen ein (30 Grad). Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind korrekt distanziert - aber nett und wollen es allen recht machen. Gut!

saubere, aber "abgelebte" Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung war geputzt und sauber und für grundlegende Ansprüche ok. ... Der Zustand der Wohnung, des Hauses war jedoch ziemlich vernachlässigt, und abgelebt: Holzfassade außen total abgeblättert, Geländer Balkon und Treppenaufgang abgeblättert und rostig, Fliesen im Bad teilweise gesprungen, Silikonfugen im Bad schlampig, Teppich im WZ abgelebt.... Insgesamt sollte man da wirklich mal restaurieren....

Ferienwohnung nicht zu empfehlen
Diese Ferienwohnung ist auf dem Bild schöner als in Wirklichkeit. Der Garten ist mittlerweile zugewachsen und die Grillecke die dort mal gewesen ist , verfällt und ist total in Schlechtem Zustand. Der Balkon ist veraltet.Die Bodenbretter locker.Die Geländerbrüstung ewig nicht gestrichen .Die Farbe abgeblättert.Keine Fliegen Gitter an den Fenstern. Man wird von Mücken zerstochen.Die Wohnung ist nicht isoliert.Es ist total heiss in der Wohnung .Überall Spinnenweben.20 Euro Service.Nicht gerecht.

Die Dielenbretter auf dem Übergang sind schwimmend verlegt und halten
durch ihr Eigengewicht. Wenn eins lose ist, wird es umgehend repariert.
Der Garten ist ein kinderfreundlicher, lebendiger Garten, der zum
Spielen einladen soll.
Der Grillkamin in der Grillecke ist nur zur Dekoration, es steht jedoch
ein großer Schwenkgrill zur Verfügung.
