Cosy single-family house "Eugénie", built in 2008. In the district of Hôpital 4 km from the centre of Grayan, 15 km from the centre of Soulac, 9 km from the centre of Montalivet, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 24.Sep.). In the house: table football. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Soulac-sur-mer" 13 km, sandy beach "Le Gurp" 7 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Eugénie", 4-room house 150 m2. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower and double hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mankos

Haus modern und sehr gut eingerichtet (Küche) mit mittlerweile kleinen Mängeln, wie Matratzen tlw. etwas durchgelegen, ein paar kleine Renovierungsstaus (Rolladen schließen nicht, Klospülung rauscht durch etc.). Negativ auch, dass der Pool komplett im Sept. im Schatten liegt und entsprechend unter 20 Grad hat. Auch keinerlei Mückenschutz, bei vielen anwesenden Mücken - auch Tigermücken! Ansonsten für Hund und uns Top, da abgeschlossenes großzügiges Gelände und viel Privatsphäre. In Summe o.k.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Verwaltern empfangen. Es wurde uns alles toll erklärt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelausgabe. Das Grundstück ist groß, teils schattig, teils sonnig und beide Autos konnten sicher abgestellt werden. Auch der Pool war sauber. Einzig ein paar bequeme Pool-Liegen fehlten. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Oase der Ruhe

Ein sauber gepflegtes Haus mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung und tollem Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Voll ausgestattete Küche, zudem groß, es fehlt lediglich ein Austernmesser. Das Serviceteam vor Ort ist stets hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Sehr sympathische junge Leute. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in 2023.

Il n'y a que 2 salles de bain , les lits sont tous en 90cm, pas de grand lit, l'électricité est à payée en plus au mini 40 e ainsi que l'animal 25 e: pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Pour une maison qui ce dit grand standing la literie est en mousse donc on dort dans une cuvette, les lits superposés grincent et des vis manquent, l'évacuation des douches est trop faible : elles débordent, volet en panne, la piscine n'est pas chauffée ni protégée donc dès que la nuit fraichie la piscine est gelée.

Bon et agréable séjour

Belle grande maison au calme et tout de même proche des plages et de la campagne du bas Médoc. Bien équipée. Une aile de la maison n'est pas accessible. Toutes les chambres sont du même côté et l'intimité s'en ressent, le son porte y compris depuis la douche parentale. L'eau est comprise mais pas l'électricité (80 € pour 15 jours). Des suggestions pour améliorer le séjour : - ajouter une bâche à bulles pour la piscine. En plein mois d'août après 3 jours de mauvais temps, piscine pleine de feuilles et surtout tombée en température à max 22° C. - déporter la filtration. Le bruit de la pompe (filtration de 8h à 20h) fini par être pesant et rompt le calme du lieu. - changer le frigo. Même au mini il gèle les aliments. Impossible d'y conserver correctement des fruits / légumes. Odeur de vieux congélo. - mettre à disposition les notices de l'électro-ménager.
