bilan mitigé

une résidence proche de la mer et des commodités ce qui est très agréable. un espace cuisine et salon trop restreint pour 6. balcon trop petit pour en profiter. belle piscine, propre, bien entretenue. logement pas très propre à l'arrivée. accueil des hôtesses très agréables accueil fermé de midi à 15h un peu long!

Espaces réduits, ainsi que l'équipement

une seule chambre de dimensions correctes : les deux autres manquaient d'air! ... surtout pour des adultes ! Equipement limité : juste un petit micro onde pour cuisiner pour 6 personnes.... pas de grand faitout : au pays des langoustines , difficile d'en cuire et d' en déguster "à l'aise"....quand il fait un temps "breton" on aurait aimé disposer de plus d'espace convivial....

Une seule remarque concerne le canapé qu’il conviendrait de changer car taché à de nombreux endroits et des trous laissent passer le rembourrage. Le résidence est bien placée par rapport à la mer. Très bon accueil de la part des personnes à la réception.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in direkter Strandnähe. Die Ausstattung der Fewo (BNO403) war sehr gut und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt außer einem deutschen Fernsehprogramm. Empfehlenswert sind vor allem die Fewo´s im inneren Bereich der Anlage mit Blick auf dasSchwimmbad (schöneres Umfeld). Reisetipps: Point du Raz, Quimper, Pont–Aven,Sainte–Marine, Iles de Glénan, Küstenwanderweg GR 34, Fahrräder könnendirekt an der Anlage gemietet werden. Dasfreundliche und hilfsbereite Personal gibtauch gute Tipps für interessante Ausflüge.

Appartement très agréable et impeccable. Chemin d'accès à la mer, proche des commerces. Parking souterrain. Parfait hors saison pour la détente et le repos. A recommander vivement. Conseils de voyage: Charmante ville de Bénodet et superbes promenades. Restaurants sympas a proximité. Non loin de Concarneau, Pont Aven, Quimper, Locronan.

Accueil parfait et appartement très fonctionnel. Seul bémol, la cuisine trop petite pour 6 personnes. Même pour une personne c est limité. On est au 21 ème siècle, pas de four, même mini, et pas de cafetière à dosettes (mais il y avait bien une cafetière mais d un autre temps). Je reviendrais avec plaisir à benodet.

Beautiful Appartment

Very well maintained modern apartment and complex, situated just behind the beach in Benodet, 5mins walk to at least 3 excellent restaurants, 1 small bar, casino, beach, newsagents - extremely well placed. (no bar on site) Description and photos accurate, beds comfy, all linen and towels good quality, kitchen very well equiped, Manager and staff were excellent but speak very little English! not that that was a problem during our stay. If we were to return, I'd request an apartment looking inwards over the gardens and one that had a sunny balcony all day (none have sea views) Pool, Sauna and Steam room were fantastic, so nice to have a heated pool. Perfect complex for us, as a couple and we would thoroughly recommend for other couples/groups of friends. (not sure it would be that suitable for families as little for children to do)
