Beautiful, cosy resort "Le Domaine de Fontenelles", 4 storeys. 13 km from the centre of St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 3 km from the centre of Coex, outside the resort, 14 km from the centre of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in a sunny position, 13 km from the sea, in the countryside, on the golf course. For shared use: property with plants, meadow, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 27.May. - 17.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, boccia, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 5 km, sandy beach 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photograph shows a typical example. Open gallery with 1 double sofabed. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, small garden, lawn. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Difficulté pour trouver l'accueil, pas d'internet gratuit, pas de tv gratuite, pas de parasol pour la terrasse manque intimité cÎté terrasse, mobilier de salon vétuste, cuisine petite mais bien équipée, deux belles salles de bain, 2 belles chambres place de parking assez loin de logement et utilisé par autre résident belle piscine

Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wifi nur im Bereich der Rezeption und 1 MĂŒnzwaschmaschine war ĂŒber die 2 Wochen defekt. Im Haus keinerlei Reinigungsmittel außer einem Besen. Endreinigung recht teuer fĂŒr 83 EUR. Gegend ist toll zum radeln, Strand super, nette Orte im Umkreis.Ehebett 140cm mit schlechter Matratze. Keine Mikrowelle.

Déçus car ménage fait de façon superficielle ( masques usagés retrouves dans les chambres, les alÚses de lits utilisés par les précédents locataires non pas été changées et appartement non desinfecté). Je trouve inadmissible que les rÚgles d hygiÚne ne soient pas respectées pour des logements de vacs en période de covid Cafards et araignees sur les murs. Mobilier viellissan Parties communes non entretenues Point Positif : bonne disposition des chambres/toilette pour une famille de 5 personnes.

Notre logement ne correspondait pas aux photos du Site. Apparemment les photos n'Ă©taient pas contractuelles!!! Nous aurions aimĂ©s ĂȘtre informĂ©s au prĂ©alable!! Il n y avait pas de wifi, la tĂ©lĂ© Ă©tait payante ainsi que la prĂ©sence des animaux sur le lieu. Le four et four micro onde Ă©taient vieux et sales. Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait passable. Le volet roulant de la baie vitrĂ©e ne marchait pas et idem pour certaines prise Ă©lectriques . Certains ustensiles de cuisine Ă©taient rouillĂ©s. Il n y a pas eu accueil de bienvenue. Tout a Ă©tĂ© centralisĂ© par Ă  un bureau d accueil informel. Je ne recommande pas ce lieu.

Mon avis est de vĂ©rifier bien les lieux aprĂšs chaque dĂ©part surtout quand le mĂ©nage est faite par les vacanciers et de prĂ©venir les vacanciers tous anomalies avant leur arrivĂ©e et les rĂ©parer les dĂ©gĂąts. La tĂ©lĂ© trop cher pour juste quelques chaĂźnes en 7 jours. Pas de connexion mĂȘme en 4g difficilement.

la situation générale de cet ensemble est impeccable. la maison est bien faite: cuisine bien équipée, vaisselle en bon état . Point noir: plusieurs couvert avec des restes de repas? une poubelle sans couvercle(les mouches?)la plaque de cuisson mal entretenue mais fonctionne bien malgré de la rouille sur le pourtour. pas assez de place pour tout dire
