For shared use: well-kept garden 12'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, children's playground. In the complex: reception. Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 4.1 km, sandy beach 1.3 km. Riding stable 500 m. Please note: car recommended.
