Great location, shame about the facilities

Property good, car parking included underground was too narrow to be used. Swimming pool not used as too small. Location very good and clean. Would recommend only for a family with a small car and no need for WiFi or willing to pay for this as an additional service. Could have been excellent if there was more attention to detail. I would not return to the same apartment.

Alles vorhanden, Sauberkeit französisches Niveau :–( Langsames WLAN für nur ein einziges Gerät. Bei einer Unterkunft für bis zu 8 Personen absolut unzeitgemäß. Kein einziges deutsches Programm. Reisetipps: Zum Wellenreiten die beste Ecke am Atlantik. Tolle Spots.

Bel appartement spacieux, situé au RdC, ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier d'un grand jardin. La plage est facilement accessible à pied. Ville sympathique et très propre, les gens sont très accueillants. Nombreuses ballades possibles ainsi que la proximité de grandes villes et l'Espagne. De plus nous avons profité d'un soleil quotidien malgré des prévisions nuageuses. En bref tout y était pour passer une belle semaine.

Die Nähe zum Strand, die Tiefgarage und die moderne Ausstattung waren klasse.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Balkon, die Ruhe, die Zimmer. Alles soweit wie angegebenen. Da wir in der Nachsaison gebucht haben, das Meer nur noch am Freitag zum Schwimmen genutzt werden konnte, freuten wir uns um so mehr auf den Pool. Leider wurde er genau in unserer Woche repariert und danach nicht mehr frei gegeben. Wir sollten die Wohnung geputzt verlassen. Beim Putzen entdecken wir unter den Betten kleine Sandberge. Da haben die vor uns das Putzen wohl nicht so ernst genommen. Leider fehlte auch eine Anleitung für die Klima/ Heizungsanlage. Schade auch, dass es keine Erstausstattung für den Geschirrspüler gab. Klarspüler und Taps hatte ich dabei, aber kein Salz. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war es ein großartiger Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter sehr engagiert. Es lohnt sich hier zu buchen!

Superbe prestation dans 1 région magnifique

Très bon rapport qualité prix, l'appartement est juste superbe, neuf, calme en septembre. Avec le beau temps nous avons dormi le plus souvent fenêtres ouvertes. Pour info : pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur, ceci pour les grosses chaleurs d'été. À 300 m de la mer, mais, ça monte ! Vieux Boucau comme souvent dans la région est séparée de la mer par dunes. La ville est juste superbe, tellement agréable, la végétation, le lac salé juste magnifique : des bains ou vous pouvez rejoindre l'île à la nage, en Pédalo, paddle, etc... le paradis des surfer avec des vagues qui attaquent bien les mollets et les chevilles; ça secoue 😁Des commerces, des marchés, des animations landaises. Et que dire de l'accueil, les personnes toujours agréables, joviales... Je recommande à 300%

Très bien situé et appartement neuf et propre. attention parking en sous sol et place trop étroite ! place 208, voiture rentrée et impossible d'ouvrir la porte pour sortir de la voiture... manque de local vélo sans passer par le parking donc pour ceux qui veulent juste ranger les vélos, comment faire sans bip parking ?
