For shared use: park 10'000 m2 with plants and trees, beautiful garden to relax. Table tennis. Private: well-kept garden 500 m2, courtyard. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station.
