Cosy single-family house "Chez Yvonne", surrounded by meadows and fields. 1.3 km from the centre of Pleubian, 2.5 km from the centre of Lanmodez, outside the resort, 14 km from the centre of Paimpol, in a secluded, quiet position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.6 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Kermagen" 2 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
"Chez Yvonne", 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV, flat screen, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with TV. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3), sitting area, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Maison confortable et au calme avec emplacement de parking très grand. Le lieu est très agréable et est a distance raisonnable des commerces. La maison est bien équipée et dispose de tout l'électroménagers et wifi nécessaires au mode de vie actuelle et pour passer un séjour tranquille. Les visites aux alentours sont nombreuses et dépaysantes.

Très bien

Maison super équipée rien ne manque. Lieu très très calme à moins de deux Km de la mer, à Pleubian il y a deux surfaces commerciales de taille moyenne, boulangerie, boucher etc.

Séjour Pleubian

Très beau séjour écourté à cause du reconfinement. Très bon accueil et bonnes prestations. Petit bémol quand à la non présence d’aliments de première nécessité ( sel poivre etc...) Sympa la bouteille de cidre et les petits gâteaux.

Excellente location grand espace clos pour les chiennes au calme sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires très gentils. Patrick nous a emmené à la pêche. Nous nous sommes régalés avec celle ci. Le bar à huîtres chez Chaumard un délice. Poche de toutes les balades. Le pied quoi. Vraiment une très bonne location. Michele, Constance Nina Galipette et Hyoupie.

angenehme Ruhe

Traumhaft ruhige Lage, aber keineswegs abgeschieden: In wenigen Minuten mit Fahrrad oder PKW am Strand, der kleinen Stadt (Einkaufen) oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einzig die Schafe des Vermierters nervten ein wenig (ständige Ausbrüche). Ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen.
