For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Pacifique" 270 m, sandy beach "Le Richelieu" 400 m, park "Aquapark" 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 1 km, Dinoland 1.5 km, Aquarium du Bagnas 1 km, Ile Saint-Martin 2 km, Portiragnes 15 km, Beziers 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Due to COVID-19, the pool of the residence is not available during summer 2020.
