"Les Etrilles", 2-room house 68 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, practical and cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Entretien extĂ©rieur non conforme Ă  la photo du site Web, le sable est envahit de mauvaise herbes, fil Ă  linge presque inaccessible avec un arbre, pour garer la voiture/parking privĂ©, les arbustes gĂȘnent le passage. La moquette n'est pas hygiĂ©nique Le matelas grand lit est de mauvaise qualitĂ©. Fauteuils salon inconfortables. Quartier calme apprĂ©cier. Pour notre dĂ©part nous avons pris l'obtion mĂ©nage qui a un coup de 70€ et on nous imposent tout de mĂȘme de passer l'aspirateur avant notre dĂ©part !

Preis Leistung stimmten hier vollkommen. Wir waren als Familie mit kleinen Kindern da und rund um zufrieden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sie liegt ruhig, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt in wenigen Minuten ist man im Wald. Da Örtchen sowie der Ortsteil Le Phare haben eine sehr angenehme AtmosphĂ€re. Anfang Juni war sehr wenig los. Wir kommen wieder.

La maison est située a 400 mÚtres de la mer la plage est grande et trÚs peu peuplés nous sommes dans un lotissement ou il y a que des maisons de vacances , pas de vis a vis Par contre la ville est a 2 kilomÚtres Il vaut mieux y aller a pied car pour se garé trÚs peu de parking et payant. Nous avons gardé un agréable séjour Beaucoup d'endroit a visité .

Certes, la dĂ©coration et la vaisselle ne sont pas trĂšs modernes, et la literie du haut pourrait ĂȘtre remise Ă  jour, le wifi serait un plus, mais la maison reste trĂšs agrĂ©able. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e selon nos critĂšres. Proche de la mer, proche du centre ville, et en mĂȘme temps suffisamment Ă©loignĂ©e Ă  pied. Entre l’odeur des pins et la musique de la mer.

Gut war die ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung Möbel, Dusche, KĂŒchenutensilien.Es erfolgte keine HausĂŒbergabe vor Ort, wir waren aber auch erst nach 20:00 Uhr in La Tranche-sur-Mer und wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen! (Ich hatte die VerspĂ€tung telefonisch angekĂŒndigt!) Reisetipps: Auf jeden Fall sollte man La Rochelle und Les Sables besuchen! Les Sables ein sehr schöner Strand auch bei Ebbe, was in La Tranches nicht einladent ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den meisten Orten ausreichend und vielfĂ€ltig vorhanden.

tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, Zentrum und Strand in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen (verschiedene Richtungen), zum Supermarkt (super U) 2,5 km, KĂŒchenausstattung nicht berauschend und Töpfe und Pfannen zum Kochen ungeeignet – mĂŒssen unbedingt erneuert werden. Mischbatterie in KĂŒche und Bad wegen zu heißem Wasser erforderlich. Haus durch offene Gestaltung nur fĂŒr zwei Personen oder Familie mit zwei Kindern bedingt geeignet. Unterkunft dem Preis angemessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden es nochmals buchen. Suaberkeit bei Übernahme ließ zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, aber wir waren 2017 die ersten GĂ€ste. Sehr gutes Restaurant "Au petit bonheur" Richtung Strand empfehlenswert. Weitere Lokale im Zentrum. Reisetipps: Unbedingt Ile de RĂ© besuchen, ein Kleinod mitspezieller Vegetation und besonderem Flair. Mindestens einen ganzen Tag einrechnen. La Rochelle ist ebenfalls eine Ganztagesreise wert. Les Sables–d'Olonne empfehlenswert, hier besonders Mosaiken aus Muschelschalen im Qeartier de l'ile de Penotte, nahe der Kirche N.D.–de–bon–Port. Rundfahrten in den verschiedenen Marais – den Schatzkammern der Natur.Interessant sind Strandwanderungen mit Besuch einer kleinen typischen Strandbar. Überall gibt es schöne Markthallen mit frischen regionalen Produkten. Empfehlenswert sind mindestens zwei Wochen Aufenthalt.

Als Urlaubsdomizil mit Hund empfehlenswert

Ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten (3 mit dem Auto) zum Strand, der sich ĂŒber 13km erstreckt und einfach traumhaft gelegen ist.Ab September oftmals fast menschenleer fĂŒr Mensch (und Hund) Balsam fĂŒr die Seele. Das Haus ist ausreichend mit dem ausgestattet, was man zu einem Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Dabei sauber und gerĂ€umig. Pluspunkt fĂŒr Hundehalter und Eltern von Kleinkindern: Das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett von ZĂ€unen und Mauern eingefriedet - Entkommen so gut wie unmöglich. Einzig negativer Aspekte: Die Außenanlage rund ums Haus besteht aus feinem Sand - daher hat man immer Gekörntes im Haus bis in die Betten hinein. Terrasse und die seitliche Zufahrt (die Zufahrt muss man nicht unbedingt benutzen) sind "etwas lose" mit Platten verlegt - man kann sich daran gewöhnen. Fazit: die ruhige Lage und der fantastische Strand entschĂ€digen fĂŒr alles.

Wir waren sehr enttĂ€uscht als wir ankamen. Wir haben jetzt schon drei mal in Frankreich Urlaub gemacht. Dieses Jahr hat das Ferienhaus doppelt so viel gekostet als sonst , dafĂŒr hĂ€tten mir mehr erwartet. Nicht mal eine GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine, obwohl der Platz da wĂ€re. Schlecht ausgestattete KĂŒche, unappetitliches Besteck und sehr durchgelegene Betten.

location qui m'a donné satisfaction ( du 8 au 15 avril 2017 )

Calme recherché et apprécié ( à cette période ) La proximité de la plage a permis de longues marches en bord de mer . A noter cependant: - présenter en français le trajet ( rédigé en anglais et en allemand seulement !!! ) -caution : remplacer espÚces par chÚque -ajouter dans équipement : grille-pain ( existant ) -facturation électricité : inattendue et déplacée - prévoir un petit marchepied qui permet d'atteindre sans risque la partie haute des placards -prévoir des fiches de fonctionnement des appareils . Tout ceci pris en compte je pourrais y retourner .
