Lovely place to stay

Delightful equipped appt in a house configuration, with high hedge around own garden area. Excellent access via mud footpath to very slowly sloping beach on the lake, resulting in warm water (sailing school for youngsters there). Biscarosse town (20 min drive) and its crashing waves beach (further 5 min drive) has a restaurant on the N beach, the S beach is probably the town beach. Downside: found out that you need to use their (wonky! ) trolley to unload ref PMR ppl. No mop. Mattress not firm

Centre de vacances trÚs bon - la piscine couverte était ouverte - nous avons eu un petit problÚme avec le WIFI qui a été résolu immédiatement par l'équipe du village. Le village est trÚs calme et adapté aux familles - pas de circulation en véhicule possible tout se fait à pied.

A la rĂ©servation il Ă©tait indiquĂ© que la piscine couverte chauffĂ©e ouvrait dĂ©but avril, Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ce n'Ă©tait plus le cas pour cause d'entretien (c'est dommage surtout quand toutes les piscines des campings alentour sont en fonctionnement), nous aurions aimĂ© ĂȘtre averti, surtout que c'est la piscine qui nous avait fait valider notre choix de logement. Il y a un snack/bar avec des heures d'ouverture trĂšs limitĂ©es car ce n'Ă©tait pas la haute saison. Sinon RAS, en ce qui concerne le logement trĂšs bien, peut ĂȘtre mettre un peu + d'assiettes/verres/couverts ce qui Ă©viterait d'ĂȘtre obligĂ© de faire la vaisselle Ă  chaque repas mais en fin de journĂ©e.

soucis entre la publication de prestation et la réalité et seule la responsable du domaine des lacs. Mme M. a été à l'écoute et a été trÚs agréable et réactive et a d'ailleurs pris contact avec vous. Car plusieurs appels dont un avec un collaborateur de vos services mal aimable et personne n'a pas voulu écouter ma réclamation. Du coup nous avons été surclassé donc je réponds sur celle location Peinture etc a revoir Je note clientÚle pour interchalet par contre service vacanceole super

Correct pour un 3 Ă©toiles

La rĂ©sidence est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs calme avec quelques activitĂ©s faisable sur site dont 2 belles piscines. L'appartement est quand Ă  lui correct pour une famille de 4 personnes mais pour ce qui est du couchage pour les parents, le matelas est une horreur pour le dos, mĂȘme pas 10 cm d'Ă©paisseur et pas du tout ferme (on peut limite sentir les lattes du sommier). Les ustensiles pour la cuisine sont Ă  mon avis un peu juste en quantitĂ©, porte vitrĂ©e donnant sur la terrasse mais poignĂ©e cassĂ©e !
