Déjà venus l'an dernier nous avons trouvé une nette dégradation de la propreté . Nous voulions un appartement a l'étage et avons eu un rez de chaussée. Ménage a l'arrivée laisse a désirer. Frigo HS. Extérieur et piscine pas entretenus. Les chaises longues en piteux état... ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience

Un peu déçu par l infrastructure...

Notre appartement au Rez de chaussée offrait une vue parfaite sur les locaux de l accueil et de la conciergerie. Aucune intimité sur notre terrasse. Pas de choix d’ emplacement à la réservation et totale surprise à l arrivée. Literie correcte dans la chambre. Le canapé convertible au look moderne par contre aurait sans doute offert une bonne dose de confort à un sans abris mais pas à mon enfant... la mousse tassée, les ressorts et la structure métallique ont empêcher mon enfant de passer de bonnes nuits. Salle de bain: il fallait mesurer moins de 1,50m pour pouvoir prendre une douche debout. Les joints silicones semblaient avoir été fait à la pelle à tarte et laissent apercevoir des prémices de moisissures. Point de vue sécurité: les portes peinent à se fermer correctement et les serrures n’ enclenchent qu’ un point d’ encrage sur trois. Pas très rassurant pour ses effets personnel... Propre dans l ensemble mais le manque d’ entretient n arrangera pas les choses. Le gérant est très sympathique et avenant. Il fait tout ce qu’ il peut pour vous offrir un séjour agréable.

Rives du Lac Lacanau

Résidence récente mais qui manque cruellement d'entretien. Bien que les locations soient récentes, la propreté laisse à désirer;Par ailleurs, portes et fenêtres sont en très mauvais état (ne ferme plus ou mal). En revanche, aménagement/ameublement très sympa. La résidence en elle même est plaisante et à "taille" humaine.

Erst mal das positive: Persona...

Erst mal das positive: Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch dann, wenn man der Sprache nicht so mächtig ist. Zum anderen, gab es W–Lan in jeder Wohnung. Allerdings sind die Unterkünfte etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zb. waren die Messer durchweg stumpf, das Sofa war durchgesessen, Gott sei Dank musste darauf keiner schlafen. In der Küche konnten die Oberschränke nicht vernünftig geöffnet werden. Der Duschkopf war schlichtweg falsch angebracht, Duschen nur im sitzen oder knien oder Duschkopf in der Hand. Toilette hatte nur eine passiv lüftung, kein Fenster etc.Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotz allem ein schöner Urlaub Reisetipps: Leider auch hier was negatives. In Lacanu Ocean, also am Meer sind wirklich alle Parkplätze kostenpflchtignicht nur auf großen Parklätzen, sonder auch jeder am Straßenrand, vorsicht Falle PAYANT konnte man kaum noch lesen. n den anderen Orten am Meer musste man nichts für die Parkplätze bezahlen.Gut für Fahradfahrer, es gibt jede Menge Fahradwege und für Weinliebhaber gibt es jede Menge Chataux. Kann hierzu keine Empfehlung abgeben, da ich keiner bin.

zugegeben: nach diversen chamb...

zugegeben: nach diversen chambre d'hotes ist der Besuch einer Ferienanlage immer etwas ernüchternd. Aber davon abgesehen waren uns folgende Punkte aufgefallen:– die Reinigung war mäßig, in Fenstern und Terassentürdurchgang waren Spinnweben nicht beseitigt, das Hauptbett hatte 1,60m Matrazzenbreite, aber das Bettgestell darunter war nur 1,40m breit. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war durchgesessen und daher ziemlich unbequehm. Bei 2 der Wandlampen fehlten die Lampenschirme, es waren also nur die nackten Glühbirnen vorhanden. insgesamt wirkt das doch recht lieblos. für diesen Preis ist das tatsächlich ernüchternd. Insgesamt war die Anlage aber in Ordnung. nur eben nachlässig betrieben.
