Gute Lage, Schöner Urlaub

Ferienunterkunft hat eine gute Lage und eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung. 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge: mehr Garderoben-/Hakenleisten im Badezimmer und ein Staubsauger sollte in der Wohnung sein.

Etwas heruntergekommen

Boden sehr staubig Fliesen und Laminat mit Kratzern, Schränke mit kaputten Schubladen. Kein Sofa vorhanden. Küche mit überschaubarer Ausstattung. Haken im Bad fielen immer ab. Übergabe der Schlüsselwörter per Brief vor dem Eingang. Bezahlung der Kaution durch Angabe der Kreditkartendaten gewünscht, haben wir verneint. Daraufhin Bezahlung per EC vor Ort. Rücküberweisung wird mit 9 Euro belastet. Keine Abnahme der Wohnung bei An- und Abreise durch den Verwalter.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung

Einrichtung gut. Am Haus war keine Hausnummer angebracht, was bei Ankunft abends nicht leicht zu finden war. Es könnten mehr Küchenutensilien sein. Beleuchtung in Essecke sehr hell und ungemütlich. Positiv: Heizung für Skistiefel. Parkplatzsituation nicht immer ganz einfach.

Schöne, saubere & funktionale Wohnung...

...an der es nicht viel auszusetzen gibt. Im Wohnbereich wäre eine Couch schön gewesen, um sich abends mal entspannt "hinfletzen" zu können. Leider wurde im Vorfeld nirgends darauf hingewiesen, dass die Sauna extra kostet. Bei 2 bis max. 3 EUR am Tag hätte man das aber auch anders lösen können...Die Wohnung liegt etwa 12-15 Gehminuten von AreitXpress weg und bietet rundum eine schöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge.
