An sich schön, aber Renovierung nötig

In Relation zum Preis für eine Woche Urlaub, kann ich nur ein befriedigend aussprechen. Wir hatten zu dritt die Wohnung Margherita, welche ausreichend groß ist. Auch die nahe Lage zum See ist Klasse. Allerdings müsste mal das Mobiliar getauscht werden. Die Stühle und das Sofa sind bereits recht durchgesessen und es riecht im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer recht muffig. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt auch weniger gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch am Pool müsste mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden (viele Spinnweben).

Die FeWo ist sehr schön gelegen, etwas abseits der Orte. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Ausstattung ist nicht hochwertig.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Die Villa Matarana, wirklich schön. Die Poolanlage und der Garten einfach traumhaft! Die Villa befindet sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Wassers, wo sich ein Steg zur Nutzung mit anderen Urlaubern des Viertels befindet. Die nächst gelegenen Orte sind sehr gut zu Fuß, noch schneller mit dem Rad erreichbar und einfach schön! Mir persönlich haben jedoch einige wichtige Dinge gefehlt, wie zb. Geschirrtuch, Wischlappen, Mülltüten, 1x Toilettenpapier, Salz, Pfeffer etc. müssen im Ort gekauft werden .

Es handelt sich um eine Selbstversorgerunterkunft. Lebensmittel sowie Hygieneartikel sind selbst mitzubringen.

Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist etwas länger, dafür ist man abseits vom Verkehr. Ruhiges Wohngebiet. Nur Gardaland nebenan hört man von morgens bis spät abends. Irgendwann nimmt man es nicht mehr wahr.
