Beautiful, cosy resort "Domaine de Vertmarines". 98 houses in the resort. 2 km from the centre of St. Jean-de-Monts, on the outskirts, 50 km from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 6 ha (fenced) with plants and trees. Private: garden 350 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the complex: reception, WiFi. Bread roll service (extra). Shop 2 km, sandy beach "Les Demoiselles" 3.5 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Great week!

Beautiful place. Site very secure and nicely kept. Lovely, helpful staff. House could have been slightly better equipped and there was a problem with the pool, but it didn't spoil our time there. Great location, only a few minutes drive from shops and St Jean de Monts, with lovely market and numerous restaurants.

The house we stayed in was really awful. It was dirty on arrival, completely different to what had been advertised. It was unsafe in areas at the pool, showers were broken in both bathrooms. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. Kitchen was very poor, dirty cooker and fridge, lack of utensils and equipment. Despite repeated complaints to the site manager nothing was done.

La maison n2 devrait ĂȘtre retirĂ©e de la location, nos vacances gĂąchĂ©es, maison vĂ©tuste, sale, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur rouillĂ©, congĂ©lateur cassĂ©, meubles horriblement vieux voire inutilisables, ustensiles de cuisine trĂšs vieux voire rouillĂ©s, garage comparable Ă  une dĂ©charge publique, matelas de transat dĂ©gueulasse, alarme piscine HS, jardin Ă  l'abandon avec un cadavre d'oiseau, etc.. etc...

Bonjour, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour en famille La maison est parfaite à un détail prÚs mais qui est trÚs important "LA LITERIE" nous avons eu tous trÚs mal au dos pendant notre séjour car les matelas sont vraiment à jeter. C'est bien dommage car sinon nous n'avons pas d'autres remarques. Bonne journée

Déçue !!

Personnel de l'accueil tres agréable et à l'écoute pour régler les problÚmes. Arrivée dans la maison 18 = catastrophe ! Meubles cassés menaçant de nous tomber dessus, maison sale, lave vaisselle rempli non lavé, frigo dégueulasse bref je demande à l'accueil de me changer de maison. J'atteris dans la 2 qui est plus propre mais sans entretien... Fissure de tous les cÎtés, murs noirs, mobilier extérieur cassé, pas de barbecue, ménage qui laisse vraiment à désirer. En gros on paie une blinde on s'attend à un service de qualité. Pas d'état des lieux, pas de ménage. Je trouve ça inadmissible vu le prix

Villa spacieuse. Belle piscine. Environnement trĂšs calme et sĂ©curisĂ©. Attention Ă  l Ă©quipement de la maison, le frigo vieillot a franchement besoin d ĂȘtre remplacĂ©. Le four Ă©tait sale et il n y a pas assez de verres (seulement 3 verres Ă  vin pour une villa pour 8 personnes !) Proche centre ville, hyper marchĂ© etc.. Merci Ă  l Ă©quipe sur place qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active.

Je ne regrette pas d’ĂȘtre passĂ© par interchalet c’était la premiĂšre fois et je pense pour mes vacances d’étĂ© je repasserai par interchalet. Car j’aime l’idĂ©e du site qui est un numĂ©ro qu’on puisse appeler pour tout renseignement au lieux de juste d’une adresse mail. Et les personnes au tĂ©lĂ©phone sont trĂšs gentil. Et tout ce qui a Ă©tĂ© dit par tĂ©lĂ©phone ça c’est exactement passĂ© comme cela et le lieux de vacances Ă©tait trĂšs bien je ne regrette pas on a bien profitĂ© en famille.

La maison est superbe comme sur la description de la photo nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Il n'y a rien à dire ormi l herbe qui n' était pas tondu dans un des jardins. Et il n'y a pas de réseau.

TrÚs décue de cette location

Maison (N°2) trÚs mal entretenue depuis plusieurs années ! Meubles en trÚs mauvais état (chaises cassées, meubles sans poignées, vieillots, four avec bouton manquant, micro-onde trÚs ancien et pas sécurisant, etc...). A notre arrivée le frigo fermé avec une odeur de poisson pourri à l'intérieur, obligés de le renettoyer entiÚrement. Un barbecue tout rouillé inutilisable. Le liner de la piscine commence à se décoller et certaines dalles autour bougeaient car plus de joint. Etat général mauvais.

La maison est conforme aux informations donnees, toutefois le mĂ©nage a pas Ă©tĂ© fait correctement, extĂ©rieur sale, biĂšre sous la table dans le jardin, cagette de biĂšres dans le garage, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pas nettoyĂ© Les 2 canapes sont tellement sale qu on a mis des draps dessus, on retrouve un tee shirt sous un lit. il n y a pas d d'Ă©tat des lieux de fait ! Pas d internet, pas de wifi mĂȘme payant les draps sont payants si veut les changer il faut repayer Je ne relouerai pas chez inter home

Das Haus ist groß, aber nicht so gepflegt wie auf den Photos, auch fehlte bei uns die Gartenremise. Achtung: Poolheizungspauschale gilt pro Woche, nicht fĂŒr den ganzen Aufenthalt!!
