House "Le Mas", terraced, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 9 km from the centre of Grignan, 4 km from the centre of Grillon, 7 km from the centre of Valréas. For shared use: property, courtyard. Grocery 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop "La Garenne" 4 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Le Mas", 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Garage. Please note: non-smoking house.

A perfect place to stay

The house, a restructured barn house, is situated in an idyllic position between fields of lavender and vineyards. There is a peacefulness here that is good for the soul. It is a perfect base for visiting all the amazing things there are to see here. There are so many picturesque villages it is difficult to choose which ones not to visit. The river Ardeche and its gorges are not far away, where you can go for walks, go swimming in the river or go canoeing. There's even a Crocodile Farm not too far away in Pierlatte. If you don't mind a longer drive there's Grotte Chauvet 2, Grotte de le Salamandre and little villages like Saint Montan, Pont Saint'Esprit and Aiguèze. We had a really great time. The owner was especially welcoming and was always very chatty, a very nice man. The house is clean and cosy, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Thank you

Sehr Ruhige Lage

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, leider sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Teilweise beschädigtes Geschirr. 3 Kaffeemaschinen im Haus keine funktioniert bzw. ist komplett. Bettdecken sind nur als Fließdecke vorhanden mit Haaren dran. Duschhalterung defekt. Kein Vorhang an der Dusche, dadurch steht das Bad halb unter Wasser wenn man Duscht. Kamin und Heizung super. Aber zusätzliche 20€ Energiekosten verlangt.

Vacances au calme

Très bon accueil. Une maison propre, fonctionnelle, au calme et avec un garage ce qui est très appréciable en ces fortes chaleurs. Située à proximité de la rivière, de châteaux et de promenades. Seul inconvénient : absence de volets dans une chambre et volets qui ferment mal dans une autre laissant passer le jour. Séjour très agréable.

Vacances au calme

Un accueil chaleureux, une maison fonctionnelle, entierement équipée, propre, au calme et avec un garage ce qui est très appréciable en ces fortes chaleurs. Idéalement située car à proximité de la rivière, de châteaux et de promenades. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Seuls désavantages : une chambre sans volet et une où les volets ne se joignent pas complètement à la fermeture ce qui laisse passer le jour.

Leven in de stilte op het Fr anse platteland.

Een hele fijne vakantie in een ruime boerenwoning tussen de lavendel- en wijnvelden op het zeer rustige Franse platteland. De woning is compleet ingericht en de eigenaar is een vriendelijke man die ons van harte welkom heette. Wij komen hier beslist nog een keer terug. Prachtige omgeving met veel oude stadjes en een prachtige natuur.

ruime, comfortabele en rustig gelegen gîte midden de Drôme

Zeer mooie gîte voor 5 personen, rustig gelegen midden de Drôme. Gastvrije eigenares. Jammer dat er beneden geen toilet aanwezig was en dat de douche moeilijk te regelen was. Ligt wel verlaten tussen de wijngaarden op 3,5 km afstand van 't dorp Grillon. Voor grote boodschappen moet je met de auto naar Grignan of Valréas, een 6km verderop.

BIEN MAIS ERREUR SUR LA DISTANCE ENTRE LE GITE ET LE CENTRE DE GRILLON . IL EST INSCRIT 0,3km . LA LOCATION EST SITUEE à 3,5km de GRILLON CENTRE , DONC LOCATION TROP ISOLEE CE QUE NOUS EVITONS DEPUIS QUELQUES ANNEES . MAIS TOUT S'EST BIEN DEROULE.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete FEWO. Liegt sehr schön zwischen Lavendel– und Weinfeldern. Bis zum Ort Grillon sind es ca 3,5 KM... Bäckereien, Restaurant, Frisör Ungefähr 4 KM bis zu einem kleinem Supermarkt (eingeschränktes Sortiment)Sehr nette Vermieter. Französisch Kenntnisse erforderlich. Reisetipps: Schön sind die Märkte in Grignan (Dienstag) und Nyons (Donnerstag). Supermärkte und eine schöne Innenstadt in Valreas..
