For shared use: property 300 m2 with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Camping Aufenfeld" 140 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 2.5 km, Hochzillertal 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Winterurlaub

Lage nah an der Schnellstraße, dadurch zwar gute Verkehrsanbindung, aber auch laut. Skibushaltestelle 2 Häuser entfernt. Nebenan liegt ein großer Campingplatz mit Restaurants, kleinem Laden, Freizeitangeboten, Schwimmbad und Sauna, die auch von externen Gästen genutzt werden können. Es gibt im EG des Hauses einen Skischuhtrockner und neben dem Parkplatz einen Raum für die Ski-Aufbewahrung, das ist super. Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG, ist gut geschnitten, hell und gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug, allerdings nachts nicht alle richtig abzudunkeln (und die Straßenlaternen leuchten rein). Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spärlich. Im 2. Bad gibt es kein Fenster (von außen zugemauert). Die Heizung der Wohnung lässt sich nicht regulieren. Die Vermieter wohnen im EG und stehen bei Bedarf zur Verfügung.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen in der beschriebenen Unterkunft. Die Ankunft war sehr angenehm und die Inhaber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig genug, sodass man trotz vieler Leute ein wenig Privatsphäre haben kann. Die Küche bietet alle notwendigen Ausstattungen und die zwei Bäder sind sauber und modern. Die Sauna wird liebevoll mit frischem Orangensaft nach vorheriger Anmeldung eingeschaltet und steht mit Wellnessduschen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
