Welcome to the Specht Holiday Farm in the Anna Holiday Home - Holiday Rental 3
The “ANNA” guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area at Ulmenweg 16a.
The apartment is on the top floor of the house.

Distance to the town centre: approx. 5 min.; to the main beach: approx. 8 min. From our holiday farm: approx. 2 min.—accessible via a private road. Furnished south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of fields and woods.
Description of the holiday rental:

- 2 fully furnished bedrooms with adjustable orthopedic bed frames and spring mattress toppers
- Space available for a cot
- Bedding provided upon request; cosy living room with access to the furnished south-facing loggia
- Seating area, dining table, colour TV, and radio
- Fully equipped built-in kitchen with refrigerator, dishes, 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
- Shower room with deep bathtub, toilet, and bidet
- Hallway
- All rooms have central heating, full-size washing machine and dryer on the premises

Our farm is located in a secluded, quiet, and central setting right in the heart of Dahme.
The farmyard offers plenty of space for all the children staying with us to play. The courtyard pavilion is available for cosy coffee gatherings, barbecues, or playing with the provided “game collection.”
For additional entertainment, there’s a foosball table in the attic, and for more experienced children, a pool table and darts. Play equipment and mobile “Kettcars” are also available. An evening get-together in the attic is always a great way to make friends.
Please note: Barbecue facilities are available only from April through October.

Wir kommen schon viele Jahre in die Anna, es ist so als kommen wir nach Hause wenn wir da sind. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage und man hat es nicht weit zum Bäcker und zum kleinen Supermarkt. Zur Strandpromenade mit Strand ist es auch nicht weit was man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Mann kann auch Bollerwagen aus der Garage nehmen um all seine Sachen oder auch Kinder damit zu transportieren. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Es fehlen Deckel für die Töpfe. Unter den Stuhlbeinen könnten neue Filzgleiter drunter sodass man die leise hin und her rutschen könnte. So müsste der Gast unter einem sich keine Ohrstöpsel in die Ohren machen weil es viel zu laut ist.
