Hervorragend...
Die Zimmer waren noch viel besser als erwartet und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber haben sich mehr wie ein Familienmitglieder verhalten und mann hatte jederzeit das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein. Alles hat bestens gepasst und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt.

Vi var 10 vuxna och 3 barn i åldrar 10 mån- 3 år. Bra hus, välutrustat kök. Saknade dock microvågsugn. Hade varit bra med 1 toalett till på nedre botten. Sängarna saknade bäddmadrass= hårda.Inhängnad gård vilket var tur då trafiken utanför var snabb trots 30 skylt. Fint poolområde m dusch. Själva gamla fina delen av San Miniato låg en bra bit från huset, inte möjligt att promenera till. 1,5 km till närmaste matbutik. Skulle vara ok med promenad men inte pga trafiken. Vi är ändå väldigt nöjda.

Agréable et authentique maison très bien située.
La relation avec le propriétaire a été ternie à cause d'une mésentente à cause du bruit.La communication n'a pas été possible.De plus,nous avons été facturés de 80e pour quelques verres cassés et un bouton de chauffage dévissé. Dommage car l'accueil au départ était très agréable voir amical. Néanmoins je recommande cette maison authentique et très bien située.

Wir konnten eine wunderbare Wo...
Wir konnten eine wunderbare Woche in der Fattoria verbringen. Es hat einfach alles geklappt. Maurizio, der gute Geist des Hauses, hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Auch das nachträgliche Abholen von vergessenen Dingen hat er für ermöglicht. Zusammenfassend der ideale Ort um mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.

Die Unterkunft war Spitze! Wir...
Die Unterkunft war Spitze! Wir waren nur zu 9 in einem 20 – 24 Personen Haus was jedem ein eigenes Schlafzimmer sicherte. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und für so ein altes Gebäude wirklich gut! In der großen Küche gibt es nichts was es nicht gibt. Vom Gasherd bis zu zwei großen Kühlschränken. Ein Grill ist natürlich auch vorhanden! Wenn man vor hat auch mal zu kochen sollte man das ein oder andere Gewürz mitnehmen oder man kauft es Vorort in einem Coop oder Pam (Märkte).Es gibt eine gute Tischtennisplatte die von uns für Turniere genutzt wurde.. hier sind vereinzelt ein paar alte Schläger vorhanden.Der Pool ist wunderbar, er wird regelmäßig gereinigt und Liegemöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich!Sonst hat man in der Regel komplett seine Ruhe und das ganze Areal für sich alleine was es sehr entspannt macht!Ein zwei Kleinigkeiten die zu bemängeln sind: •Die Betten war entweder Hart oder weich.. eine gesunde Mischung war Kauf vorhanden.. hier muss man verschiedene Betten und Matratzen ausprobieren bis man fürsich die passende gefunden hat. •Dann war es etwas kontraproduktiv dass der verantwortliche für das Haus kaum Englisch kann.. hat aber trotzdem alles funktioniert! Mfg Reisetipps: Zur Region kann man sagen man brauch ein Auto um zum Beispiel ans Meer zu kommen oder speziellere Orte zu erkunden.Florenz wie auch Pisa sollte zur hochsaison lieber mit den Öffis angefahren werden da es hier viel Stau gibt.Sonst gibt es viel zu sehen.. ob Natur oder alte Bauten.. langweilig wird es keinem :)Ah man bekommt wenn man das Haus bezieht auch gesagt das man eine kostenlose Weinprobe machen kann. Diese Lohnt sich sehr! Wenn man etwas englisch versteht und verschiedene Weine probieren möchte wird von einem sehr sympathischen Mann begleitet und in die Weinwelt eingeführt. Ein Muss! :)

Sympathisches Haus mit Stil und seit über 20Jahren im Wesentlichen unverändert. Sauber, wie immer von Interchalet präzise beschrieben. Grpsser Innenhof, familiengeeignet. Sehr freundlicher Verwalter der sich sehr kümmert. An kalten Tagen etwas problematisch, da nicht alle Heizkörper heizen. Reisetipps: Vinci, Florenz, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Volterra usw. sind nicht weit. Ein sehr authentisches Restaurant, auch Pizza, auch zum Mitnehmen, 400 m vom Haus (die Strasse links) über der Bar und davor im Freien. Gruppen reservieren!
