Very comfortable cottage "Marmorito", semi-detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 3 km from the centre of Portacomaro, 9 km from the centre of Asti, 40 km from the centre of Alba, residential area (villas). Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room, table football. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Asti" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
