Inmitten eines Olivenhains

Sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen im Olivenhain, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Ort. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier.

Tolles Ferienhaus inmitten von Oliven

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben besonders die Lage - ruhig und inmitten von Olivenbäumen, aber in Laufnähe zu Stadt und Strand - sowie den Whirlpool genossen. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen und Wanderungen an der Küste bis Genua und auch in die Cinque Terre. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche war genug Platz im Haus. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat defekte Gegenstände sofort ersetzt.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus inmitten von Oliven

Wir haben das Haus, besonders die Lage - ruhig und inmitten von Olivenbäumen - und den Whirlpool sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist ideal um sich zu erholen, aber auch, um Ausflüge an die Küste bis Genua oder La Spezia und natürlich in die Cinque Terre zu unternehmen. Zum Strand bzw. in die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten, ein großer Supermarkt liegt etwa 5 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt - wie beschrieben - am Hang, der Weg hinauf ist zwar etwas anstrengend, Einkäufe und Gepäck können aber über eine Lastenseilbahn problemlos transportiert werden. Parken ist auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt gegenüber des Grundstücks möglich, allerdings ist dieser in der Hochsaison sehr frequentiert. Hin und wieder braucht es daher etwas Geduld bzw. Glück, um einen freien Platz zu erwischen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

We komen vrijwel ieder jaar hier terug. Centrum en strand op loopafstand. Zelf ga ik liever naar het strandje bij (Riva trigoso). Mooi uitzicht op zee via het dak terras. Rustig gelegen. Mooi fris en gerenoveerd huis omringd door olijfbomen. Bagage en boodschappen gaan via de kabellift omhoog.Via sestri ben je Mooi dicht bij Zoagli,Portofino, Chiavari,Rapallo. Cinque terre, portofino, San Fruttoso heel makkelijk met de taxi boot doen vooral in hoog seizoen.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus im Olivenhain am Berg. Von der Terrasse Blick auf Sestri Levante und in der Ferne der golf de tigullio. Reichlich Platz ums Haus. Keine direkten Nachbarn. Sauber und gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in italienischen Standarts. Weg zum Haus wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt für aktive Gäste ohne Gehbeschwerden kein Problem. Gepäcktransport über hauseigenen Transportlift möglich.

Wir waren begeistert

Uns hat das Ferienhaus mit toller Dachterasse und Whirlpool sehr gut gefallen. Es ist idyllisch in einem Olivenhain gelegen. Für den Weg bis zum Haus muss man ca. 85 Treppenstufen zurücklegen. Es gibt aber auch einen Lastenaufzug für Gepäck und Einkäufe. Man ist nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt und am Strand. Man kann herrliche Spaziergänge und Wanderung mit Panoramablick direkt vom Haus starten. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus liegt einsam auf einer Anhöhe und gewährt einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Der Aufstieg hoch zum Haus ist spannend, man sollte fit sein. Das Haus nebst Whirlpool ist im guten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Der Ort und das Meer sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch die freundliche Verwalterin war ausgezeichnet.

ruhiges Haus in mitten von Olivenhainen

Unsere Familie 2K 2E hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villetta Linara. Das Haus ist oberhalb des Städtchens gelegen, sehr ruhig, mit wunderbarer Sicht bis zum Meer. 10min. bis zur Stadt und zum Meer. Wir waren meistens zu Fuss unterwegs. Das Auto kann man ohne Gebühren gleich in der Nähe zum Grundstück in einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parkieren. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Zu jedem Zimmer hat es auch ein Bad, sehr praktisch. Terrasse auf dem Dach war mein Lieblingsplatz.

Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus vom 06.09.2020 - 16.09.2020 gebucht. Die genaue Lage des Hauses zu finden, gestaltete sich anfangs etwas schwierig. Durch den sehr zuvorkommenden und unkomplizierten Kontakt (per Whatsapp) zur Hausbesitzerin war dies schnell erledigt. Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und keine direkten Nachbarn. Ideal zum entspannen und relaxen. Der Weg bis in die Stadt dauert ca. 20 min. zu Fuß. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zusand und alles war sehr sauber. Empfehlung!

Unser Traumurlaub

Wir - 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (5, 7, 9) - hatten tatsächlich den lang ersehnten Traumurlaub am Meer. Meeresblick von der Terrasse, der Olivenhain als Ort für Spiel und Entdeckung, zu Fuss zum Strand durch die vielseitige Fussgängerzone und jede Menge Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss, per Zug oder Auto. Im Haus waren alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden, pragmatisch eingerichtet, sauber, Lastenaufzug und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Und E. für jede Rückfrage schnell erreichbar!

Repos au milieu des oliviers.

Le bon plan pour les personnes qui apprécient la plage et la mer mais qui aiment s'éloigner de l'agitation des touristes. L'endroit est paisible et calme. La maison est bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Une maison parfaite pour 2 couples. Chacun sa chambre et salle de bain. Un immense merci à Elisabetta pour son accueil sympathique malgré nos 2 heures de retard et pour sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances!

Das Haus ist ideal für Familie...

Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit größeren Kindern, da 2 abgetrennte Zimmer mit Bädern. Alles neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Olivenhain und etwas abseits von dem doch sehr lebhaften Sestri Levante. Allerdings ist es aufgrund der exponierten Lage mit einer provisorischen– recht steilen Treppe– für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Reisetipps: Unser Lieblingsstrand Riva Trigoloso mit grossem freien Strand– nur mit Auto erreichbar. Sehr schöner Ausflug mit dem Schiff morgens und nachmittags Portofino und Abtei San Frutosso– circa 18 Euro p.P./4 Std.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in erreichbarer Nähe (zu Fuss recht weit!/Auto ok.). Cinque terre– nett, aber seehr voll!Bitte beachten Küsten–Wanderweg von Campignola– Riomaggiore ist wegen Steinschlag schon seit längerem gesperrt.Wurde uns leider nirgendwo gesagt– auch nicht beim Kauf der Trekking–Eintrittskarte.

Séjour très agréable au milieu des oliviers

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme au milieu des oliviers. Les enfants ont apprécié de pouvoir barboter dans le jacuzzi. La maison est propre, bien équipée et agréable. Je précise que nous n’étions pas véhiculés, avec 2 enfants de 5 ans, et que c’est accessible à pied sous réserve de ne pas être complètement réfractaire à un peu de marche. Neamoins nous avons apprécié qu’Elisabeta,très sympathique, nous propose de nous raccompagner à la gare à notre départ! Le seul probleme c’est les moustiques, il faut se protéger dès le début du séjour. Dans tous les cas je recommande ce logement, Sestri Levante est une ville charmante, bien desservie, dont vous pouvez rejoindre le centre en 10/15mn tout en étant au calme.
