Hieno sijainti maisemaltaan, rauhallinen paikka. Terassitilat uima-altaan ympÀrillÀ loistavat! Kaikki toimi hyvin, mutta hyvÀÀn tasoon tottuneena seuraavat seikat tarvitsevat kohennusta; - keittiössÀ ruuan valmistamiseen tarvittavat vÀlineet kuluneita/huonoja osittain, astianpesukoneen ritilÀt ruostuneet muovipinnoitteen kulumisen takia -villaisten vilttien tilalle uudenaikaiset peitot -kahdessa pÀÀtyhuoneessa lievÀ kosteuden tuntu, vaatteisiin jÀÀ tunkkainen haju

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de couvertures sur les lits (Ă  cette pĂ©riode les nuits sont fraiches). La vaisselle Ă©tait plutĂŽt sale, nous avons tout relavĂ©. La maison est difficile Ă  trouver, le nom du chemin d'accĂšs est illisible de mĂȘme que le nom "Ulastro" Ă  l'entrĂ©e de la maison. Pour le reste, tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme et la situation parfaite pour le tourisme et les courses. Nous n'avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par personne mais le systĂšme de boite Ă  clĂ© est trĂšs pratique.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung insb. die der KĂŒche könnte etwas erweitert werden. Es gab z.B. nur 3 Eierbecher und eine Schere fehlte gĂ€nzlich. Die Hausverwalter waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zeit fĂŒr die Poolbeleuchtung mĂŒsste eingestellt werden, hier ist wohl Tag/Nacht verdreht. Haben wir vergessen zu erwĂ€hnen, wĂ€re bestimmt kein Problem seitens der EigentĂŒmer gewesen. Gesamtservice vor Ort war super!

leider war der erste Eindruck ...

leider war der erste Eindruck sehr negativ, es roch sehr muffig in dem Haus, es gab keine gute Ablagemöglichkeit fĂŒr seine Kleidung und wenn, konnten wir die SchrĂ€nke nicht benutzen, da sie unertrĂ€glich muffig stanken und feucht waren. Die Sauberkeit hielt sich auch sehr in Grenzen. Es bedarf eine Sanierung der WĂ€nde in dem einen Zimmer, der Schimmel sprießt. DafĂŒr waren die Außenlagen sehr schön und wir haben den langen großen Holztisch sehr genossen. Es gab fĂŒr alle genug Liegen und auch die Möglichkeit der Außendusche haben wir genutzt.Wenn das Haus etwas saniert wĂŒrde, wĂ€re es eine Top Adresse, da die Lage auch super ist und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Die Finca an sich ist schön ru...

Die Finca an sich ist schön ruhig gelegen und lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Die Betten lassen bei Erwachsenen aber zu WĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. FĂŒr Kinder evtl. okay, aber es waren alle Matratzen durch. Super ĂŒberdachte große Terrasse. GeschirrspĂŒler sehr gut. Sauberkeit könnte aber fĂŒr neue GĂ€ste tatsĂ€chlich besser sein. AusbaufĂ€hig. Div.KĂŒchen – Utensilien waren defekt oder kaputt. Sollte man mal grĂŒndlich ĂŒberprĂŒfen. Pool und das angrenzende HĂ€uschen mit Dusche Toilette etc. war echt okay! Unterkunft ist aber wirklich schlecht ausgeschildert. Ullastre steht NIRGENDS! Uastro steht dort... aber auch erst an dem gemeinsamen Zufahrtsweg zur Finca...was wir persönlich nicht wirklich damit verbunden haben. Jetzt egal... :–) Aber auch AusbaufĂ€hig :–) Ameisen hatten wir auch, aber das war echt ĂŒberschaubar. Absolut nicht schlimm. BĂ€der sind teilweise auch zu ĂŒberholen. Die Waschtischarmaturen naja...SpĂŒlung der Toiletten mit etwas wenig Druck ausgestattet. Die Pumpe fĂŒr das Wasser ist ziemlich laut und lĂ€uft bei jeder WasserbetĂ€tigung. Sie befindet sich im hinteren Bereich des Hauses. Ein Auto ist hier aber eine Pflichtveranstaltung. Ansonsten kann man dort aber einen schönen Urlaub verbringen! Reisetipps: Sonntagsmarkt Pollensa sehr groß und interessant in den engen Gassen, Alcudia – Stadt, Promenade etc. echt gut, Cap Formentor in der NĂ€he... Einkaufen im Eroski–Markt oder aber auch beim LIDL: tĂ€glich alles frisch, TOP!Der Italiener auf der linken Seite der Hauptzufahrtsstr. zum Port de Pollenca ist sehr zu empfehlen.. Super Essen, sehr nette Bedienungen, einfach klasse. Strand bei Port de Pollenca ist auch nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt.
