Cosy house "Finca el Pino". 2.5 km from the centre of Motril, 10 km from the centre of Salobreña, 5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 130 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, bus stop "lidl" 500 m, sandy beach 5 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. 2 terraces partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
