Below Gessopalena, 500 m from the centre, 10 km from the centre of Casoli, 33 km from the centre of Lanciano, 40 km from the sea. Private: natural state property, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture. 500 m long steep motor access. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, bus stop 15 km, railway station "Lanciano" 35 km, sandy beach 40 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km. Nearby attractions: Costa dei Trabocchi 40 km, Pista Ciclabile Costa dei Trabocchi 40 km.

Lovely cottage

A lovely well equipped cottage. The owner was very kind and helpful. The location was good for visiting the area though the drive to the cottage is very steep. We had a lovely week.

A special place in a splendid surroundings

We had a wonderful fortnight stay in this nice and comfortable house.The house is very well situated with a lovely view and in splendid nature. We enjoyed the singing of the birds. Rosario is a very good and attentive host. Thank you again Rosario!

A quiet place to relax

A very nice, quiet and relaxing property to stay in which is close to the town. The owner has rented the holiday home for some years and it is well equipped. The road to the property needs to be taken carefully. Good location for visiting hill top villages and walking. Casoli is the largest town nearby and easy to access - Friday market. The the medieval village of Gessopalena and the history of the town in WWII was interesting.

The house was clean and well cared for. It is well equipped and there was space for 5 of us to be together or do our own thing. Rosario was extremely helpful and keen to ensure everything was in order. It is a beautiful, peaceful spot with a lovely outdoor space, yet close to the town.

Erholung pur

Ein wunderschönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns im Haus und um das Haus herum, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie schön häufiger erwähnt ist der Weg zum Haus sehr steil, doch unser kleiner Twingo, hat ihn sogar voll bepackt gut gemeistert. Rosario ist ein "patrone molto gentile". Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war um unser Wohlergehen besorgt. So kam er sofort zur Hilfe, als das WiFi einmal nicht funktionierte. Die Majella Berge sind grandios und ein herrliches Wanderrevier.

Optimaler Urlaub in den Bergen

Ruhige Ferienwohnung, alles da für eine Selbstversorgung. Kleine Supermärkte mit Allem für den täglichen Bedarf im Ort. Den Weg in den Ort aufgrund des Höhenunterschiedes (steiler Weg) besser mit dem Auto machen. Eigenes Auto oder Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich. Heizung funktioniert nur über den Holzkamin, aber schnell und unkompliziert. Heisses Wasser gibt es aber immer.

Wer Natur pur erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, Rosarios Fürsorge und ein Hausberg, der sich jeden Tag in neuem Licht zeigte, machten diese zwei Wochen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis!

Wspaniała willa, świetne miejsce, cisza, spokój. Brakowało jedynie basenu :) Willa wyposażona we wszystko, dosłownie wszystko było co potrzeba (oprócz czajnika). Właściciel bardzo miły człowiek i pomocny. Miasteczko małe, urokliwe, willa znajduje się poniżej miasteczka, dojazd bardzo stromą, krętą drogą. W ogóle do Abruzji polecam przyjechać samochodem 4x4, niemniej jednak nasz Ford poradził sobie. Polecam willę ...! W okolicy dużo do zwiedzania. Morze 40 min drogi, z plażą kamienistą

Ein schönes Haus in imposanter Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einem Talkessel unterhalb von Gessopalena und ist über eine 800 m lange steile Straße erreichbar. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gut gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und mit Schattensegeln versorgt....alles sehr schön und gemütlich mit einem tollen Blick auf Gessopalena und seinen verlassenen mittelalterlichen Ortsteil. Obwohl im Innern des Hauses an einigen Stellen Risse im Putz sind, ist der Gesamteindruck sehr gut. Die Räume sind sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Es ist ein sehr ruhiger schöner Platz zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.Viele Vögel sind den ganzen Tag zu hören und ab und zu kommt auch eine Reh vorbei. Der Ort ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und auch das Meer ist für einen Badebesuch nicht zu weit entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist die einzigartig idyllische Lage sowie die freundliche und prompte Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Auch unser Hund hat sich trotz der enormen Sommerhitze wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an R., wir planen eine Wiederholung.

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine knappe Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders draussen sehr schön, sehr still, abseits gelegen wie einem kleinen Tal, aber mit dem auto in 5 minuten in Gessopalena. Sehr viel Platz im Haus, sauber. Vielleicht den Backofen mal sauber machen. Wir haben täglich draussen gefrühstückt und auch einmal gegrillt. Sehr nette Betreuung. Wir hatten vergessen, die Handtücher zu buchen, aber nach unserer SMS kam Eliana am Abend extra nochmal und brachte uns welche. Auch Kater Kikko, der dort wild lebt, aber sehr lieb und anhänglich ist, haben wir sehr genossen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Himmlische Ruhe

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche hier verbracht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der herzliche Vermieter, der uns viele wertvolle Vorschläge gemacht hat, welche Ausflüge sich anbieten und in welchen Restaurants man gut essen kann. Das waren wahre Geheimtipps! Im sympathischen Dorf ist den ganzen Tag über Leben auf der Piazza und man kann dort alles einkaufen, was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Majella-Massiv kann man hervorragend wandern, aber auch zum Meer sind es nur ca. 45 min. Dort auch toller Radweg.

casa rustica con tutte le comodità ed altre particolarità come un ampio e fresco giardino con barbecue, il tutto in mezzo ad una cornice naturale notevole. unico neo è la strada ripida per raggiungerla ma possiamo considerarlo un pegno da pagare per poter apprezzare meglio il luogo Consigli di viaggion: zona ricca di luoghi da visitare, immersa nella natura, escursioni, buonissimo cibo e prodotti naturali del luogo, adatto per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici

Wir waren 6/7.18 für 2 Wo. in ...

Wir waren 6/7.18 für 2 Wo. in Gessopalena. Das Haus von ..., dem Vermieter, ist etwas abseits unterhalb des Dorfes gelegen. Die Straße dorthin ist z.T. steil, geschottert und mit Schlaglöchern durchzogen. Das war für uns, mit einem normalen Pkw, kein Problem. Wer in den Abruzzen Urlaub macht, muss sich mit Schlaglöchern/Bodenwellen auf der Straße anfreunden.So wie das Haus inseriert wurde, so fanden wir es auch vor. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Fernseher und W–Lan sind vorhanden. Am Haus ist eine Vorplatz und ein Rasenstück mit schattigen Bäumen (+ Hängematte). Wir sind viel draußen gesessen, habe dort gefrühstückt und auch den Tag dort ausklingen lassen (Mückenspray). Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen.Der Vermieter, war für uns jederzeit ansprechbar. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und zurückhaltender Vermieter.Es war für uns so entspannt und schön, dass wir den Abreisetag vergessen haben! Der Vermieter hat dies jedoch mit einem Lächeln quittiert. Mille grazie, ...!Dieses Haus ist für alle die geeignet, die Urlaub jenseits des Massentourismus und in Ruhe verbringen möchten. P.S. Bei ... kann man sehr guten Rotwein, Secco und Olivenöl kaufen! Reisetipps: In 15 min. ist man zu Fuß im Dorf um beim Bäcker Panini einzukaufen oder beim Metzger Fleisch für den Grill zu besorgen. Wir wurden dort immer sehr freundlich aufgenommen und bedient. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Dolce beim Bäcker und die Salsicci beim Metzger. Im Dorf gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles Nötige findet.Wir (beide 50+) waren sehr viel in der Majella wandern. Die Anfahrtswege sind z.T. recht lang (1 Std. und mehr). Aber es hat sich in jeder Hinsicht gelohnt. Empfehlen können wir folgende Wanderungen:• zur Eremo di San Bartolomeo und ins Valle Giumentina(ca. 4 Std.)• Monte Porrara, 2137 m (ca. 6 Std.) Hier haben wir Gämse und Adler gesehen.• Gole di Santo Spirito und Grotta dei Callarelli (über 10 Std., anstrengend und schön). Auch hier haben wir Gämse sehr nah beobachten könnenIn der Nähe ist auch die Grotta del Cavallone, eine der bedeutendsten Tropfsteinhöhlen Italiens. Leider war die Grotte bei unserem Besuch geschlossen.Zum Meer muss man ca. 40 min. Anfahrtszeit einplanen (die 84 Richtung Casoli, dann die 652 Richtung Fossacesia). Wir sind nach Punta d. Cavalluccio an den Strand. Schöner Sand– und Kiesstrand mit langsam abfallenden Grund.

Sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet, schönes Grundstück, tolles Haus, viel Platz und absolute Ruhe. Besitzer sehr freundlich und engagiert. Nachbarn ebenso. Top Unterkunft in top Lage. Nur die Anfahrt sollte mit ausreichend Bodenfreiheit des Kfzs kalkuliert werden. Klasse– wir werden wieder kommen.

Gentissimo proprietario. Casa immersa nella quiete con splendida vista. Essenziale ma provvista di tutto. Spazio esterno godibile per relax cene con griglia. Rilassante e piacevole soggiorno. Il silenzio assoluto è le stelle dominano le notti.
