In the hamlet Anunzo 6 km from the centre of Domodossola, 45 km from the centre of Intra/Verbania, 47 km from the centre of Locarno, on a slope, 45 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 3'000 m2, garden (not fenced) plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Private: natural state property 225 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. 150 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). (8 steps). Public parking 80 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Domodossola" 6 km, pebble beach 47 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Nearby attractions: Domobianca 3 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Baita Degli Orsi", 2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (ladder), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 50 - 250 cm with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the garden. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.10. to 15.05. Wooden floors. Terrace 12 m2, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Wunderbare Berghütte mit genialem Ausblick. Für uns war alles super. Der Vermieter super freundlich. Zur Hütte muss man ca. 2 Minuten laufen vom Parkplatz . Die Anfahrt vom Tal ist eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit Übung geht es.Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es ein tolles Restaurant Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)Vielen Dank

Tolles Berghäuschen mit toller Aussicht

Es waren wunderschöne 14 Tage in einem tollen Berghäuschen mit gigantischer Aussicht! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche, die Betten und die Einrichtung einfach Top. Der Garten mit der traumhaft schönen Terrasse einfach toll. Fabio ist total lieb und hat uns mit frischen Tomaten und super leckeren Kartoffeln aus dem Garten versorgt. Auch hat er uns zu einem Jazzkonzert an einen wundervollen Ort mitgenommen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals für Alles, lieber Fabio!

Natur pur

Die Hütte liegt im Grünen, direkt vom Haus aus kann man in alle Richtungen wandern. Auch nach Domodossola kann man zu Fuß gehen, es ist ein einstündiger, abwechslungsreicher Weg hinunter ins Tal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus, das grundsätzlich 5 Sterne verdient. Fabio hat uns super geholfen, dass Gepäck hoch zum Haus zu bringen. Ist doch recht weit. Am Abfahrtstags haben wir selbst getragen, war aber kein Problem für uns. Am Abreisetag wurden wir mit zusätzlichen Kosten für lokale Steuern überrascht, die bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt wurden. Mehr Transparenz wäre hier sicher besser. Auch besser nichts aus dem Garten nehmen. Und Aschenbecher leeren, auch du gar nicht geraucht hast.

Calm and peaceful

A very ideal spot if you want to be on your own. The view is beautiful. Owner was very kind. Only drawback were the mosquito's in the evenings, but they say that was due to the unusual weather circumstances.

Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen

Alles einfach und schön, und wenn man das leistungsstarke Tel./WLAN-Netz nicht nutzt, muss man gar nichts mitbekommen von der Welt... Sie liegt unten im Tal. Weiter Blick, morgens Sonnenaufgang. Wandern direkt vom Haus aus. Urwaldartige Wälder. Darüber hinaus braucht man ein Auto. Domodossola ist mehr als einen Besuch wert! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unkompliziert, spricht englisch. Schlafkomfort unterm Dach für drei ideal, auch die Klappe über der Stiege ist sehr praktisch. Gerne wieder!

Super Blick auf die Berge

Super gemütliches Rustico, wo es an nichts fehlt. Liebevoll hergerichtet und super ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus ist eine grosse Wiese mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge und absolut ruhig gelegen. Ideal zum Abschalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

huisje op zeer steile helling

Deze vakantiewoning was moeilijk te bereiken, het huisje staat bovenaan een zeer steile en gevaarlijk smalle weg. Ook na het vinden van de kleine parking is het nog een hele klim te voet om er te geraken. Dus helemaal niet geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen of voor minder mobiele mensen of voor diegenen met hoogtevrees.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, auch Handtücher und Geschirrtücher lagen bereit. Man braucht von zu Hause nur das persönliche Gepäck mitzubringen. Alles muss vom Parlplatz den steilen Hang bis zum Haus getragen werden. Eine Zufahrt ist auch zum Ausladen nicht möglich, da der Weg ab dem Parkplatz durch einen abgeschlossenen Pfosten gesperrt ist. Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist bestes Trinkwasser. Man kann also auch auf mitgebrachtes Wasser verzichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Woche.

Toller Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Wir verbrachten zu viert eine Woche in diesem kleinen Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt abgelegen über Domodossola. Eine direkte Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich, man muss noch ca. 200m laufen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr gemütlich, man hat absolute Ruhe, der Umschwung ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Geniessen ein. Direkt vom Haus gehen Wanderwege weg. Zu Fuss erreicht man Domodossola in ca 90 min, ein wunderschöner Spaziergang, oder in den nahe gelegenen Wald wo es im Herbst köstliche Kastanien gibt. Domodossola ist mit dem Auto auf einer steilen , kurvenreichen Strasse in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen, von wo aus zum Beispiel ein Kurztrip nach Mailand problemlos möglich ist. ( Zugfahrt dauert nach Mailand 80 MInuten ) Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er erwartete uns bei der Ankunft in Domodossola und begleitete uns zum Ferienhaus. Im oberen Stock lässt sich problemlos zu dritt schlafen, im Wohnzimmer steht zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa. Wir würden sofort wieder in das Ferienhaus. Wer die Natur geniessen möchte, einfach einmal abschalten möchte , und trotzdem auch einmal einen Ausflug in eine grössere Stadt , oder den nahe gelgenen Markt in Domodossola besuchen will, ist hier goldrichtig!

Fantastic mountaincottage!

This fabulous cottage ("baita") owned by the Orsi family lies high above the Ossola valley, offers great views, lots of privacy and is very well equiped to a very reasonable price! Domodossola appeared to be a lovely markettown with good trainconnections to i.e. Milano (1 hr.) and the daytrip with La Vigezzina, the small blue mountaintrain to Locarno straight through a breathtaking mountain/valley landscape is an absolute must (2 hrs.) Lago Maggiore is just around the corner as is the Antrona valley, with great walks. The way up to the tiny hamlet of Anzuno might frighten the first time, but will be soon a peace of cake. The hospitality of the Orsi family is heartwarming! We enjoyed our one week stay very much! Thanks Fabio, grazie di tutto! Moniek e Han Olanda.
