Caprezzo in den Bergen

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar. Hätte gern vorher gewusst wie schmal und steil der Weg hinauf ist. Zum Einkaufen muss man in die nächste Stadt (Verbania). Für uns als Wanderer und Naturliebhaber war es sehr schön.

- Geen rook/kooldioxidemelder (zelf meenemen is belachelijk. veiligheidsaspect!) - Geen koffiezetapparaat (gelukkig zelf meegenomen). + Wasmachine, wasmiddel, strijkijzer en strijkplank. - Geen informatiemap waarin afval (verwerking en waar), hondenstranden, bezienswaardigheden, winkels, huisarts, dierenarts ect. - Geen bedgoed en handdoeken dus extra bagage en aankoop. + Tuin, uitzicht, locatie en wandelmogelijkheden. - Geen centrale verwarming (staat wel aangegeven maar pijpen niet aangesloten). - Slechte verlichting voor lezen boven de tafel. - Zelf kapotte (LED) lamp in afzuigkap vervangen. + Rustige omgeving.

Noch weiter ab vom Schuss als gedacht. Kein Willkommensgruß oder Beschreibung vor Ort (Müll, Fernseher, das Übliche). Auf direkte Anfrage kam nur, man werde sich kümmern ohne Reaktion. Grundstücksbeschreibung falsch (die 300 qm gehören nicht dazu bzw sind abgezäunt, so dass kaum Auslauf für den Hund). Kamin mit Anlaufzeit, eher klamm. Eher 1 1/2 Zimmer statt 3 1/2.

Schöne Woche am Lago Maggiore in sehr ruhiger Lage

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub in in über 900m Höhe. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (bis zu 2200m). Ferienhaus in Stein. Sehr stilvoll. Zum Heizen muss mit dem Kamin geheizt werden. Holz steht reichlich zur Verfügung. Gerne wieder

Total schön und sehr nette Vermieterin. Schwätz Schwäbisch :-) . Zum Wandern sehr schön. Haus ist voll romantisch auf einer kleinen Alpe. 6 km bis zur nächsten Kneipe. Geheimtipp. Das Cafe in Ramello. Angeblich nix zu Essen, aber dann zum Aperitiv eine Wurstplatte als Snack. Voll nett.

Schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Gastgeber sind nett. Einrichtung des gesamten Objektes vor allem der Sitz u. Schlafmöbel sind dringend überholungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, es ist sehr ruhig hier oben auf 950 m. Eine sehr kurvenreiche Zufahrt. Der Ausblick ist dafür um so schöner.
