For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 1'600 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, WiFi, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 6.8 km, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 200 m, cycle lane 50 m. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis OK

War kleiner als es in der Beschreibung erscheint. Aber sehr neues Objekt, alles funktioniert. Kleiner Küchenbereich, sparsam eingerichtet. Abgezählte Küchenutesilien (exakt für 4 Person), nicht italienisch ausgestattet (keine Mokkakanne, Käsereibe, etc.). Bewachter Bereich mit Zugangstor. Allerdings war Wachperson nicht kooperativ. Zum Meer ist man ca. 1000m unterwegs, weil man nicht direkt über Straße kommt. Ansonsten trotzdem Preis/Leistung ok, wir werden aber kein zweites Mal hingehen.

Geschirr und Besteck wird in ausreichender Anzahl bereitgestellt (doppelte Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck / Person) und wird nach jedem Gästewechsel ergänzt, sollte etwas kaputt gegangen sein. Töpfe und eine Reibe sind vorhanden, statt einer Mokkakanne gibt es eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine.

Sehr schöner Urlaubsort, schöne Unterkünfte. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche spärlich - keine Gewürze, kein Spüllappen, kein Wasserkocher, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, usw. Ansonsten aber prima und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem freundlich! Unterkunft ist auch Kinder und Hundefreundlich. Lediglich die Hundestrände im Ort sind nicht schön.

Pobyt w obiekcie był bardzo przyjemny. Pani Gloria jest bardzo sympatyczną i miłą osobą. Informacje były udzielane szczegółowo. W obiekcie nie było żadnych ukrytych kosztów. Lokalizacja jest super. Obiekt jest blisko plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Dojście na plaże zajmuje 10 minut spacerem. Miasteczko jest bardzo spokojnie, a mieszkańcy bardzo przyjaźni. Polecamy obiekt i napewno tam wrócimy.

Casa Gelsomino è accogliente, confortevole e conforme alle aspettative che un villeggiante possa aspettarsi. Eccellente la posizione del complesso dei bungalow, con vista mare e assenza di rumori molesti. Eccellente pure la l'accoglienza e la cortesia e la capacità della sig.ra che si occupa della reception. Posso ritenermi soddisfatto con un arrivederci a presto. Grazie.

Mir und meinem Hund hat es super gefallen. Allerdings kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, die Häuschen mit bis zu vier Leuten zu bewohnen, da die Räume sehr klein sind. Alleine war es top.

Ferienhaus Gelsomino

Wunderschöne und gepflegte Bungalowanlage mit traumhaften Meerblick. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, ideal da unterhalb der Anlage der Küstenradweg beginnt. Einziges Manko ist die oberhalb verlaufende Zufahrtstraße, dafür ist bei diesem Bungalow die stärker befahrene Küstenstraße kaum zu hören. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Aussicht an zwei Zufahrtsstraßen

Die Tiny-Appartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ist dort die Unterkunft sehr gut zu bewerten. Wer es jedoch ruhig mag, der sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Unterhalb der Apartments führt sie Staatsstraße vorbei, der Lärm hält sich wie vermutet in Grenzen. Hinter den Apartments ist die gut befahrene Zufahrtsstraße zu einem Wohngebiet.

Unterkunft ist I.O.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um die Anliegen. Die Versorgung mit Warmwasser war zu Anfang ein Problem, wurde dann durch einen Spezialisten behoben. Beim Duschen muss man etwas Geduld haben, bis warmes Wasser kommt. In unserem Bungalow waren die Platzverhältnisse etwas eng, hauptsächlich um das Bett im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist es sehr eng. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu klagen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und großzügig mit sehr guter Beschattung.
