Large, beautiful villa "La Garance", surrounded by trees. 4 km from the centre of Grasse, 22 km from the centre of Cannes, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 22 km from the sea, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: large terraced garden, 1'750 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, boules, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 800 m. Please note: not suitable for small children.

Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed, bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Shower. Alles etwas desolat, aber liebenswert

Ein schönes großes Haus. Wir waren 8 Personen und konnten uns super aus dem Weg gehen, da über 3 Etagen verteilt. Ruhige Lage, toller Garten mit grandiosen Pool. Allerdings war einiges Kaputt oder in die Jahre gekommen. Die Eigentümer Familie müsste dringend renovieren und modernisieren.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Manche Küchenutensilien sind etwas veraltet aber die Grundaustattung ist super. Herd und Spüle etc alles Tip Top. Der Pool und das ganze Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und wirklich schön bepflanzt. Der Pool wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt. Ein Zimmer im Keller ist feucht und dieses Zimmer ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Laut der Dame vor Ort wird dieses Problem im Herbst beseitig und eine dauerhafte Belüftung installiert. Proszę by dla kolejnych gości dom został lepiej wysprzątany. Na parterze dużo wilgoci. Otoczenie głośne - kosiarki, betoniarki, ubijarki do kamienia pracują od rana do wieczora. Ładny basen i jego otoczenie.

L‘odeur de Grasse - Der Duft von Grasse

Das Residenz liegt in einem sehr guter Hanglage mit phantastischem Aussicht. Von der Balkon/Terrasse aus hat man eine sehr schöne Weite. Von hier aus genossen wir jeden Morgen unseren Frühstück. Bei Sonnenuntergang verweilten wir mit einem Glas Wein den Abend und geniessten die Stille. Der Pool waren für unsere Kindern das Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Sie hatten viel Spass, wir brachten sie kaum aus dem Wasser raus. Der Ort Grasse ist bekannt aus dem gleichnamigen Roman von Patrick Süsskind „das Parfum“ mit sein berühmter Duftindustrie. Sie strahlt eine entspannte Ruhe und liegt in unweite Nähe zu den umgebenden Städten wie Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, Fréjus, St. Raphael und St. Tropez, dies in wenigen Autostunden erreichbar. Wir wurden von der Kontaktperson sehr herzlich und nett empfangen. Für Fragen war sie immer für uns erreichbar. Weil es so toll war, würden wir unsere Ferien vermehrt dort verbringen. Alles in allem, hatten wir unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!!! Eine kleine Anmerkung; die Teppichen in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern sind in den Jahren verkommen und nicht mehr Zeitgemäss. Aus hygienischen Gründen könnte man sich überdenken eine andere Lösung zu finden. Auf Wiedersehn Grasse!

Prachtige ligging op zuidelijke helling

Mooie ruime woning met prachtige ligging. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud.(kapotte horren, aanlopende deuren, gordijnringen defect)In de beneden badkamer ontbreekt een douchescherm waardoor alle nat wordt. Prachtig zwembad en buitenkeuken met bbq. Veel privacy.mooi tuin. Weg er naar toe is stijl en smal vraagt om enige stuurmanskunst. Ondanks gebreken hebben wij met 8 volwassenen en twee kinderen genoten van ons verblijf in La Garange.

Vacances parfaites entre amis

La villa est magnifique, propre et bien équipée, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le seul point négatif est l'accès difficile à la propriété, attention si vous avez des véhicules imposants. A part cela, rien à redire, nous y retournerons volontiers !

BELLE PROPRIETE SUR LES HAUTEURS DE GRASSE

Belle propriété avec de l'espace pour 10 personnes, beau jardin, belle et grande piscine, pas de vis à vis, quartier calme. Accès par petites ruelles en pente un peu difficile, et dommage que la maison ne soit pas suffisamment entretenue car le potentiel est énorme. WIFI insuffisant. Reste une bonne adresse sur les hauteurs de Grasse.

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist groß und der Garten mit alten Bäumen ist sehr einladend. Leider verblasst der gute Eindruck wenn man näher hinschaut... Die Liegestühle am Pool sind alt, rostig und hängen durch. Die Markise ist alt und hat Schimmelflecken, es zeigen sich schon Risse im Stoff. In den oberen Schlafzimmer ist ein alter, schmuddeliger Teppichboden, der sich an den Rändern auflöst. Die Schränke sind voll Gläser und Geschirr aber nicht 4 passen zusammen.

Belle et spacieuse

Chouette maison amenagée avec gout et style. Piscine et jardin top!! Rien a redire. Une clim dans les chambres pour juillet août serait pas de trop. Et le fait qu'en sus de la location assez chère quand-meme on vous facture encore le linge et l'électricité plombe un peu.... On a passé une belle semaine sans soucis.
