Very beautiful single-family house "La Crischona". 2 km from the centre of Les Issambres, 10 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 45 km from the centre of Cannes, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: property 2'400 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 50 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, parking on the premises. Carport. Shop 2 km, bus stop, sandy beach, rocky beach 300 m.

Renovated in 2010, tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 small room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 70 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 1 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12. Bed layout is flexible. A great week with family

The Villa was very well set up, with air-conditioning in the three main bedrooms, it is worth noting that the fourth small bedroom and a lounge have no air-conditioning. The villa is well equipped and the outside kitchen is a fantastic addition. The pool was clean and a great size, and the beach is a four minute walk away. Very good bus access to so Maxine, but be careful the last bus leaves early. The sheet and towel collection is usable but not great so bring your own if you can.

das Haus ist soweit in Ortnung was störend war beim eintreffen Küche war nicht sauber vor allem die Kühlschränke. das Geschirr und Besteck war wie vom Trödelmarkt. WC - Bürsten sehr verbraucht ( habe dann deue Gekauft). Duschthermost im Bad OG ging nur sehr warm bis heiss.Das Spülbecken im Gartenhaus war auch sehr heruntergekommen sollte rneuert werden.im Pool waren die Ecken und kanten immer Dunkel ( Alken vermutlich ).das kein Trockner im haus ist entspricht auch nicht dem rest vom Haus.

Der Fernseher hatte fast nie e...

Der Fernseher hatte fast nie empfang. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig. Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sauber, was jedoch an de Spülmaschine lag, also haben wir auf der Hand gespült.
