Private: natural state property 2'500 m2, terraced garden with trees, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (50 m2), terrace. Available: bicycles (2), children's bicycles (1). Stepped path (11 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 32 km, bathing lake "Sainte Croix" 41 km, lake de pêche Carcès 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Nearby attractions: Chute du Grand Baou 10 km, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Cotignac, Vallon Sourn. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Carcès 7 km, Saint Croix 41 m.

Super maison

Bon accueil, maison agréable a vivre. Bien équipée. La piscine a fait la joie de toutes la famille. Terrasses en fonction du soleil. Chambres, salon parfaits. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances dans le calme et un jolie point de vue. Et en plus la région est superbe de jolies villages au alentours

Alle Erwartungen erfüllt.

Das Haus hat alle unserer Erwartungen erfüllt, daher 5 Sterne. Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön und praktikabel eingerichtet, es gab ausreichende Kühlmöglichkeiten für Getränke und Lebensmittel, WLAN war stets vorhanden, ein Fernseher mit Deutschen Programmen und sogar eine PKW-Garage. Auch der Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern mag zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen haben. Für die etwas längere Anfahrt in den Ort wie z. B. den morgentlichen Flutekauf standen 2 gute Fahrräder zur Verfügung, leider jedoch ohne Werkzeugschlüssel und Luftpumpe. Die doch etwas größere Entfernung zum Lac de St. Croix bzw. zu aus unserer Sicht geeigneten Supermärkten in Nachbarorten hat uns nicht gestört. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wenn nicht der bisher beste von unseren nun insgesamt 4 Ferienbesuchen in der Provence.

Dieses Haus ist ein Schmuckstück. Alles hat gepasst. Eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Wir wären am liebsten noch 4 Wochen geblieben. Sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Küche, wunderbarer Pool. Natur pur. Eine Architektur, die Seinesgleichen sucht. Absolute Stille. Aber die Zikaden liefern ihr Konzert. Und das ist einfach wunderschön. Danke, F. Du bist eine tolle Architektin. Merci et Au revoir. Grosszügiges Haus mit schönem Ambiente,sehr schöner Poolbereich und kompletter Ausstattung. Wir waren die letzten Gäste am Ende der Saison und es zeigte sich,dass einige Dinge für die neue Saison erneuert werden sollten. ( Kaffeemaschine, Duschkopf)Das Haus ist auf Grund seines Zugangs über Treppen (Bruchsteinplatten) nur für Trittsichere geeignet. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !
