For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (2 m diameter, depth 75 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. and 15.Sep.). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 8.1 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Perfekt zum Abschalten

Das kleine Haus bietet alles was man zum Enspannen und abschalten braucht. Abgelegen im Tal vor Civezza, hat man einen perfekten Platz zum Ausruhen. Mit dem Auto in 5min in San Lorenzo und am Strand. Der Weg zum Haus ist schon ein Erlebnis. Der Jacuzzi rundet das Entspannen ab. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, der Kühlschrank war leicht gefüllt für einen guten Start in den Urlaub. Immer wieder, es war der perfekte Urlaub

Wir sind zu dritt (2 Erw. + 13 jähriger) angereist, die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schon mal ein Erlebnis. Das Haus liegt sehr Natur nah in den Bergen zwischen Civezza und San Lorenzo. Das kleine Haus hat uns gleich gefallen, es ist alles vorhanden was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Der Jacuzzi ist herrlich zum Entspannen, nach einem Tag am nahen Strand. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, haben uns Kuchen, Wein und Wasser zum Start im Kühlschrank gelassen. Top Zufrieden gerne wieder.

Super zufrieden

Waren wunschlos glücklich,im Haus gab es alles zum leben und sogar an Lebensmitteln schon einiges, so das man es nicht kaufen musste!! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Die Anfahrt war nicht so schlimm wie manche hier beschreiben!! Der kleine jakusi im Garten war eine zusätzliche Überraschung, davon wusste ich vorher nichts!! Immer wieder gerne nochmal da hin

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Häuschen und wieder sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Ferienhaus sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig mit schönem Garten. Für Urlaub mit Hund optimal.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus schon mal...

Die Zufahrt zum Haus schon mal was Besonderes. Prima die Abholung von einem Parkplatz in der Nähe. Im Haus fanden wir einen Kuchen auf dem Tisch, im Kühlschrank war 1 Flasche Wein und Wasser. Hier wohnt man sehr naturnah. Die Vermieter verdienen ein Sonderlob für ihre Freundlichkeit. Reisetipps: Die Lage ist abgeschieden, aber die Zivilisation ist ja nicht weit weg. Wer vom Haus direkt wandern möchte, ist hier nicht so gut aufgehoben: Man kann nur an der engen Straße entlang laufen. Auch Sonntags hörtman Kettensägen und Ackerfräsen. Die Dörfer in der Nähe sind sehr sehenswert. Alles in Allem viel Licht und wenig Schatten.

Schönes ruhiges Haus

Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir sauberes Haus vor,es standen einige Leckereien von den sehr netten Vermietern bereit auch für unseren Hund. Das Haus war wie im Angebot beschrieben, es gab aber nur 2 deutsche TV-Programme. Auch gab es keinen Schank sondern nur ein Regal und eine Kleiderstange.Insgesamt gab es wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind nett und zurückhaltend. Der Urlaub war sehr schön.
