Large single-family house "Villa Giulia", renovated in 2016. In the resort Dervio, 10 km from the centre of Colico, 30 km from the centre of Lecco, in the residential district, 350 m from the lake. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop, supermarket 500 m, bus stop 350 m, grass beach "Dervio" 350 m. Surf school, children's playground 350 m. Nearby attractions: Torre di Orezia, Corenno Plinio, Orrido di Bellano.
