Please note that electricity, gas, and water costs are not included in the travel price. These will be billed separately based on consumption. This allows you to monitor your individual usage and ensure fair billing.
Bed linens and towels are also not included in the travel price. However, you can book them directly through Seeblick Ferien ORO for a fee of 24 € per person. Our linens packages can only be booked collectively for all travelling guests and are not available individually.

Directly on the Baltic Sea, in one of Germany’s most beautiful holiday regions—in northeastern Schleswig-Holstein, right between the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea—a new, unique, and first-class holiday resort is being built that captivates with its diversity. The Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort is set to become Northern Europe’s largest maritime holiday resort. Nestled in incomparable natural surroundings and equipped with everything needed to make a stay pleasant and varied year-round: a large marina, restaurants, cafés, shops, and a range of recreational activities that leave nothing to be desired in this new world of adventure and holiday experiences.
The following highlights await you on site: Within walking distance of the stunning, kilometer-long Weidefelder Beach, supervised by the DLRG. The beach features several sections (general swimming, nudist areas, and a shallow-water windsurfing and kiteboarding spot that’s unique worldwide). There’s also a cosy beach restaurant here with beach chair rentals, bathrooms, and a playground. The small, idyllic village of Olpenitz, located nearby (3 km away), with its beautiful (thatched) houses offers restaurants and shopping opportunities, as does the well-known fishing village of Kappeln on the Schlei, with its small harbour, about 7 km away. Kappeln is also known, among other things, by the name “Deekelsen” from the popular TV series “Der Landarzt.” Take a trip to Bad Arnis, Germany’s smallest town, or to Eckernförde for the Eel Regatta or the Pirate Spectacle in August, or to Sieseby, the beautiful half-timbered village right on the Schlei. There’s hardly another location like this along the entire Baltic Sea coast in Germany! Anyone who loves a quiet, nature-filled holiday will surely be able to spend “the best time of the year” here, even though the surroundings and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz are currently still undergoing constant change due to construction activity. This has already been factored into the price and does not constitute a shortcoming.

Description of the bedrooms:
On the upper floor of the holiday home, you’ll find two bedrooms that invite you to dream. The master bedroom treats you to a comfortable double bed and a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the water. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if needed.
Bathroom description:
The upper floor also offers a fully equipped bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, an infrared sauna cabin with LED colour light therapy, and a hi-fi system with connections for MP3 players, USB, radio, and speakers—a true wellness area with a view of the water.
For added convenience, another shower room is available on the ground floor.
Description of the outdoor area:
The adjoining terrace is perfect for playing, running around, or simply relaxing, and offers a large green space for many outdoor activities with a view of the marina. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want and allows you to prepare your favourite meals while enjoying a stunning view of the water.
The front of the house features another terrace that faces south—ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
Two parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home ensure a convenient arrival by car. In addition, a bike shed with a charging station for e-bikes is available, so you can explore the beautiful surroundings on two wheels.

These times are scheduled exclusively by our guest services, though we always strive to accommodate your preferences.
Please note: We only accept bookings from guests who speak German, as we speak only German. The in-person check-in is conducted in German and includes important information about the accommodation and house rules. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth check-in, stay, and check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
