Maison 'Gite Aix Indoor Pool' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi
Set on a 20-hectare farm, our rural holiday homes are former outbuildings that have been fully renovated for your comfort and relaxation. They can be rented individually or together for larger groups.
Located to the east, the 'Aix' gite, adjoining the 'Oléron' gite, offers 120 m² of living space. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms (two doubles, one with a bunk bed and two singles), a living-dining area with sofa and armchairs, and a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). There is a bathroom, a shower room with washing machine and dryer, and two separate toilets. Bed linen, towels, and breakfast are available for an extra fee.
Enjoy private outdoor parking and a 1,500 m² shared garden with a children's playset, ping-pong table, barbecue, and outdoor seating area.
The heated indoor pool is open year-round from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, secured and locked. Its shallow depth (1.20 m) means no diving is allowed. Private parking is outside the gite area. On-site catering is available. Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Please respect quiet hours after 11:30 pm. For leisure, you can enjoy ping-pong, Molky, boules, a trapeze, and a swing. We compost and sort waste for an eco-friendly stay.
